Okey technically this wasnt their fault and was one of their first drafts for Crossing timelines au where the PQ cast ended up in earth c instead. And the Gamma kids found them and where hanging with them in the forest before, yknow, telling their parents?? and Eridan and Sollux got into a fight and accidently set the forest on fire. Because Luis/AJ would be the ones who found them and decided not too tell their parents at first so theyre kinda responsible of this. Theyre all taking the blame anyway XD (rip marymr, joan and anis, idealist didnt exist yet so she didnt take any blame lol)

But anyway, the Vantas kids mostly because theyre clumsy and reckless at times, but tbh theyre not idiots to be playing with fire like on purpose. It would definitly be an accident

LOOK look i know it would probably be never in character but the idea of Karkat being a spoiling father is just SO funny to me JFJSJD like he is this 40th year old douchebag with the biggest frown on his face and getting early grey hairs from all the stress he gets and you think you have this dude pretty read on

Then he presents you to his kids and he is like the biggest Teddy bear to them, he fucking spoils them so much, he fucking loves them so much he will not take criticism THOSE ARE HIS BABIES and the "babies" are in fact two teenagers and a kid

okey so im going to be annoying about my Dadkat au again because it's just such a fucking funny idea and I love it, like theres a million ways that it could go wrong but i am delusional so:

I think Karkat would keep any art that his kids gave him saved and the only reason they're not inside the house it's because it would be fucking imposible to have like 9 years worth or drawings by his three kids in the fridge, he has tried, it didnt work

he has keep any macaroni craft gift that they have him, he has eaten so many mudcakes, he got the same World Best Dad cup three times in a year and he uses each one, he will eat the fucking overcooked eggs his kids made for fathers day like his life depends on it

He doesnt care if the house looks tacky, he WILL keep those drawings her daughter made on the wall like two weeks ago until she asks them to take them down, you will not convince him otherwise stop asking him about it

He will try to go to all their perfomances/projects/sport practices, he is so fucking annoying you guys don't understandddd i'm very normal about this

I love the idea of Karkat going from not really understanding how to be affectionated as a dad at first to just being like this in the future

I don't think Karkat ever like, regretted becoming a Foster parent in my Earth C au but i feel that after he saw the bill after all his kids started living with him, his heart skipped a beat

Look I can't explain this in a coherent way but Karkat's kids are a little bit spoiled kfsbf like I feel Karkat harsh but Very Forgiving personality would end up with kids who are a little shitty because they know Karkat is going to forgive them soon enough unless they screw up realllyyy badly
