Sommes-nous ce que nous mangeons ?

Question alambiquée pour article simple. Quel est le rapport avec la nourriture dans tout ça ? Le grand débat manger pour maigrir ou faire du sport pour manger est abordé dans un sujet spécifique. Ici le sujet est tout autre : quel est l'intérêt, pourquoi, manger sainement ?

Risque de cancer, diminution des risques liés au surpoids à une alimentation trop grasse trop salé ou trop sucré tout est bénéfique dans la recherche de l'équilibre alimentaire.

Il n'existe pas de recette ni de régime alimentaire miracle pour bien manger. Avant tout, cela revient à adopter une alimentation variée et équilibrée. En résumé : on peut manger de tout, mais en quantités adaptées, en privilégiant les aliments bénéfiques à notre santé (fruits, légumes, féculents, poissons…) et en limitant la consommation de produits sucrés (confiseries, boissons sucrées…), salés (gâteaux apéritifs, chips…) et gras (charcuterie, beurre, crème…).

Au delà de ça, ce qu'il faut avoir en tête c'est que le corps humain n'est pas fait pour s'enquiller ce que vous vous enquiller. LE gras, le sel , les calories. La plupart des gens ne rendent même pas compte de leur apport calorique démentiel ! Une femme de 60kg doit manger 1500 calories par jour pour ne pas prendre de poids. Et vous allez me dire "mais quoi prendre du poids cava". Mais prendre du poids c'est manger trop. Le dématrixage de la société est en fait un nouveau matrixage lui même. Oui c'est méta. Mais le paradigme actuel ne prend pas en considération que le corps humain n'est pas fait pour ca. Si on mange plus il stocke le gras qu'il croise. Ce n'est pas sain.

Être maigre et healthy ce n'est pas pour répondre aux canons esthétiques de la société, c'est pour respecter ton corps qui se tue à la tâche pour toi tous les jours de l'année. La moindre des choses c'est de ne pas l'ensevelir sous des acides gras saturés, des aliments tellement transformés que leur indice glycémique crève le plafond.

Le corps humain est fait pour fonctionner avec un apport Glucide / Lipide / protéine précis et à chaque verre d'alcool, à chaque Pizza Dominos Pizza et à chaque tacos, on lui fait du mal.

Manger équilibré c'est un rythme à prendre, c'est une philosophie de vie. Et c'est pour ça que je decorelle ce chapitre du reste. Parce que ça n'a rien à voir avec le sport, la perte de poids. C'est autre chose. C'est être bien dans sa peau. Sentir les nutriments faire leur travail, avoir un transit et un sommeil du tonnerre. C'est simplement se sentir bien. En conclusion : we are what we eat. Il n'existe aucune transformation, aucun progrès si on garde un problème avec la nourriture. LE régime n'est pas la solution, les méthodes miracles ne sont pas la solution. Réapprendre à manger c'est long, chiant et fastidieux et comme pour le sport, il faut un certain temps avant d'en éprouver les bénéfices ET le plaisir. C'est ingrat comme le gras mais c'est comme ça. Comme d'hab : si c'était facile, tout le monde le ferait. 

Mon conseil : trouver les recettes qui marchent, les bonnes ficelles et s'y tenir. Et surtout se focus sur le changement pas le résultat. 

 L'important, ce n'est pas la destination, mais le voyage en lui-même
