#the over-active spleen#nice to finally have confirmation on why people havent been responding to my emails but GOD#i would have liked to have known this like#maybe 8 months ago when i first emailed her? and not 1 year+ of nonacademic work while trying to get responses?#so now i have two options:#put myself into insane debt doing a phd in the uk and hope to use that to get back into qualified work here#or pursue a 2yr masters and then a phd here#secret third option say fuck it and try to find a middle position somewhere officelike and keep trying to get my shit published
