Theory: We all know sjm plans to write more stories about crescent city with the 97 other characters she has introduced, right??

I have a feeling that House of Many Waters (i assume this would be the title of book after HOFAS) would be the end for Hunt and Bruce's side of the story.

By then, all major houses would have been covered already as titles. But sjm loves continuity in her titles (cant say the same for the covers lmao), so my theory is by the end of the 4th book, the 4 houses would be dissolved as it has been mentioned that this current system is problematic. I believe after the asteri are gone or something, the 4 houses will be split to more parts that are more fair and representative of the creatures. And those new houses would become the title of her next books in the series.

Even though all signs point to it, it seems very weird for Gwyn to be a light singer. Maybe this is my dislike for her talking but, I really hope she isn’t in the next book. She played a good role as Nestas friend (even though the fandom thinks she’s now more important than Nesta) but if she becomes more significant in the next one I’ll be very disappointed and frustrated. It should be about Elriel and N&C. Not Nestas girlboss light singer friend who is going to make Azriel fall out of love with Elain and in with her

The whole thing revolving around Gwyn is very odd to me. The hyper fixation. She’s now more important than Feysand, she’s Azriel’s mate, she’s now going to be bffs with Bryce etc …. She’s a side character yet they’re setting her up as the next MC before people who’ve been in the series since book one. And I dont know if SJM shares that love for her, if she would give her a bigger role going forward

I keep saying SJM wouldn’t cause a girl fight or anything but Gwyn some how luring Azriel … Honestly if there are light singers I hope it’s new characters. And I’d rather have the men get jealous.

Personally, I doubt that it will be as obvious as her just 'luring' someone. Or even be connected to anything in Elain's book at all.

I wonder if the LS and the Starborn, and maybe even the healers from TOG are all connected? And we'll need them all for the final battle?

Conversely, I also have a weird theory that maybe Gwyn and Therion will meet up and end up together and her LS power will be what will help release him from his captivity. (her fans will finally get that long awaited Little Mermaid retelling, where Tharion is the mermaid, who will get his happy ending with his princess, Gwyn)

I don't know. I think it's very hard to speculate where SJM wants to go with her. There are too many possibilities, though I don't think she'll make her evil or anything like that.
