I really enjoy the color-splash mod. I love the freedom I have with these designs, because not all of them adapt 1-to-1 to the page.

I'm going to be using this as practice for just... sketching, anatomy, workflow, comic stuff. Who knows. The style's going to vary as I go along, because of course it will haha.

I'm going to be skipping more moons as I go along-- Moon 4 doesn't have anything drawn, for example -- but I want to keep a balance of fun goings-on with the new arrivals and bigger tragedies.

Duskshiver being from Orioleclan is a choice I made to add a little spice; Orioleclan is a corrupt place under Hazelstar (not that the bloodthirsty Snailstar is a saint), and Duskshiver got punished heavily before he left. His compassion wasn't suited for Orioleclan.

Facts about my Original story, Titian’s Soul protagonist because I want to info dump about them.

Their name is Cherrypaw, he is from a former family of nobles that fell from the high lader after disgracing themselves. His family since has worked in plant related fields such as farmers, gardeniers, and flower shop owners. Primary for the fact his family has had history of plant magic that allows them to heal, grow, and manipulate plant life. His family isn’t as powerful and actually getting decent knowledge to learn to hone their magic is something that they can’t do.

He is a bastard, his father is unknown outside of the kingdom and his mother, Meadowpatch is not entirely in the picture as she stays at work most days. He unherited some minor plant magic from his mother but it isn’t that strong and wouldn’t befitting himself or others much unless he followed after his mother in the flower shop business.

Cherrypaw however inherited a different kind of power, he is able to predict future events through their dreams and sense danger for a limited time but he always assumed it was his nightmares getting worse. He never got enough sleep because of it and grew more cranky and snapped easily at people. Combine that with bad social anxiety/skills and he is low on the social latter for his age.

It comes to a point where he gets tied of them and finally realizes how he can predict certain events. Soon he was able fo regonize a pattern and tried to get an audience with the king and his council to try to explain what was happening. This were things get much worse for him

Meadowpatch - A gentle and intelligent she-cat. Insects fascinate Meadowpatch, and she spends her free time trying to study them and learn all she can. Meadowpatch will never inflict pain unless it’s absolutely necessary, she has specialised in the quickest and most merciful hunting techniques possible so her prey won’t suffer, 14/10

Heavybranch - A serious and hard working tom. Heavybranch is determined to help his clanmates as best her can, he often feels wiped out at the end of the day due to the work he does but he still keeps going. Heavybranch is great at organising things, that paired with his strength means he’s often in charge of any building or repairs needed around camp, a job he takes very seriously and tries his best to fulfil, 15/10

Webwhisker - A cautious and thoughtful tom. Webwhisker hates the unknown, he prefers to know everything he can about someone before he gets involved otherwise he might panic. Webwhisker often will spend a lot of time thinking on things and reflecting on them, trying to learn from his experiences, 13/10

Blossompool - A wise and kind she-cat. Blossompool is often the first cat her clanmates turn to when they need help or advice, Blossompool can never turn away a cat in need. She will often voice any concerns she has to her leader without hesitation and will strongly suggest action against any injustice, she’s very persuasive, 15/10

BOULDERCLAN'S STARTING CATS

A set of cats on the run from Orioleclan after Snailstar and Swarmfoot were accused of killing the Orioleclan deputy. Each of them gathered their closest companions (and Wingnoise managed to convince the Orioleclan leader's daughter to grab one of her younger siblings and sprint out with the crew) and they all booked it to a mountain range.

Some background lore notes:

Wingnoise was in a relationship with the dead deputy. They kept it secret primarily because Orioleclan's leader (Hazelstar) didn't want her deputy in a relationship.

Hazelstar is on her 4th life.

Meadowpatch is Gustspeckle's aunt.
