531Thanks to @jovis_verlag for sending me this volume that celebrates the conclusion and the new start of a process born in the 70s as a solution for the redevelopment of a reservoir, that of the Emscher river, and then became the prototype of a new environmental design attitude with the IBA Emscher Park 1989-1999. I had written about it in my doctoral thesis, then partially published in Il Verde Postindustriale (Postindustrial Green, 1999, Liguori Editore), and then in the Emscher Park Guide ( 2004, Testo & Immagine). A project to be told and discussed (my students know!) that demonstrates what means work with a vision and to keep on with it for decades (and more!). 1.
