New start

The past 2years have been an absolute bumhole of a struggle. Flipping a sand buggy front to back 5 x nearly taking my head off resulting in 3 x operations loss of job and months of rehab i never thought id get my act together and start out with what i passionately love - fitness. 2017 is where im gonna make it PMA all the way baby. I teach fantastic classes Metafit classes in the Teddington area. Its a class that has brought me back to fitness and i enjoy teaching, seeing clients progress, becoming physically fitter everyone supporting each other and our goals. As i said its been tough but with meeting some great people along the way we are gonna make this year happen :) Smash it Metafitters xx
