Three of Swords: I love this card, but I still gasp a bit when I get it. It is usually not a heartbreak in the romantic sense; rather, I take it as an opportunity to see what communication types of ideas I've been entertaining and then figure out what to cut out of my thoughts. Day 5 of #selftember22 - MOVE Eight of Wands: Movement! Swift action! Go go go! My body used to move a lot more when I was younger. I'm hardly athletic, but at various times in my life I swam, played tennis, skiied, practiced yoga, walked dogs. Currently, I do not have an exercise routine, but I do walk my dog, stretch, and use my rebounder (fancy mini trampoline) when I'm not overwhelmed by the heat and have some energy. I am looking forward to being energized by cooler weather and getting my body moving more often. Day 1 of #selftember22 - RADIATE How radiant is this Sun card from the Meta Muse Tarot? It's so bright and joyful!  I'm reminded of my favorite guided meditation for balancing your chakras and its Solar Plexus chakra mantra: "Shine on!" Chakra Wisdom Cards Third Chakra - The Warrior: I embrace my inner strength, power, and resilience,  and I  allow myself to shine. I unfold my full potential as an empowered person with a true sense of who I am.  I grow in consciousness as I overcome and transcend life's challenges. I need the warrior inside me for the journey ahead and I am courageous in moving forward! The mineral is brucite.
