Expressionist artist MG Stout, Mary Gallagher-Stout, will be exhibiting at Spectrum Art Fairs booth #1408 during Miami Art Week at Mana Wynwood Convention Center from November 30 – December 4, 2022 in the Wynwood Art District. She will also be exhibiting at Red Dot Miami Art Fair with Jen Tough Gallery Booth #318. The Frank Pembroke Pines recently featured a solo exhibition by Mary with artworks from her Urban mixed-media series, “MG Stout creates paintings with a radiant expressionist style with optimistic words and buzzing brush strokes. With an education in Philosophy, her familiar cartoon character subjects symbolize a spectrum of personas we come across in the world and possibly found within ourselves,” said The Frank of Mary’s work. Spring Eternal, MG Stout

Recently my grandmother passed. Then not two weeks had gone by and I lost my father-in-law. I'm an emotive artist. I wanted to comfort my family, deal with the enormous loss, and honor two people whose lives had such impact on mine. We received dozens of condolences in the form of notes, bouquets, and prayers. I found myself looking at the floral arrangements and wanted to translate that same beauty and sentiment into tangible works of art. A new series was created. This garden of abstraction is a tribute to those I loved and lost.
