#just reflecting on my old stuff and giggling#mind you those old gifs were all made with HD movie files and it didn’t matter!#had t screencap every 2-3 frames to fit more into a shorter gif and keep it under 500kb#which is NOTHING#and doing that trick where you paused part of the gif to lessen the movement so the size would be smaller#i still do that sometimes 👀#i remember when tumblr changed it to 1mb and i thought that made me invincible 😂😂😂😂#we were all like OMG SUCH A BIG UPGRADE 🤡#I CANNOT IMAGINE STILL LIVING LIKE THAT#also just bad coloring skills bc i downloaded mostly psds instead of learning how to color from scratch#but that’s what most of us did tbh
