Via Mootmonthly! A writeup for the Horizons panel from AnimeJapan! Of note is it's going to be more of a somber arc, it mentions Roy's growth has a sense of loneliness and sadness, a child forced to grow up too fast and he has a tendency to ditch Ult a lot.
(also Ult not really liking Liko all that much, maybe because she's closer to Roy?)
