Toboggan! She is a winter flutterpony. They bring winter weather with them, like windegos in the show, but aren't malicious or anything.

She likes sledding most of all and because of that likes making icy paths to ride on, but also accidentally makes other ponies slip because she doesn't think about whether ice should be on walking paths or not. She comes to visit every winter. Not sure on relationships or anything, but rainbow dash doesn't like her or the other winter flutterponies because they kind of make her job A LOT harder.

(Toboggan was originally a g3 earth pony.)

She’s cute!! she was listed in an assorted toy lot as Izzy Moonbow which I thought was really funny. Her tail is cut but I think it looks nice with a short curl :) should I curl her mane too?
