What was your super power today mama? Mine was giving a new mum her freedom again! Many breastfeeding mums have days when they feel claustrophobic about breastfeeding. Like it’s literally shackling them to their baby, and that they’ll never be free again Today I worked with a mum to show her how she can collect enough milk each day, without stimulating any over supply, and how her partner can bottle feed in ways that help transition between boob and bottle.
