Arethere AI locomotion procedurally generated animations yet? Ragdoll X.0? Don't know if I should ask here. More of a developer question. One cool thing about generative AI is how fast it can make animations. I have seen some that mimic people talking. I don't care about those. Are there any that can move a skeleton of an animation on its own? We set the parameters of the limitations of the limbs. Then can recreate how they'd move to accomplish say, walking around uneven surfaces in game? Or carry their momentm when changing directions. Climbing especially. Processed in game?I feel like that is the true next gen of console gaming.Example! You ever see a robot stumble? It is very uncanny how it is so similar to real life. Do we have animations that are procedurally generated yet like that in game? I hope I am explaining it right. Sounds like it would require massive amounts of 09234I say this, because I thought I saw it in a video about something else. It was a passing comment really. Meant to look into it later then forgot. It would be really awesome. I have realized smooth animations can make or break immersion. Games like Dark Tide are so much better due to the weight, and feel. Hinterrad festgefroren

Und dann blockiert das eine Hinterrad, weil es Minusgrade waren und sehr feucht. Handbremse war angezogen.

Nun ist es sicher vielen, wie auch mir schon klar, dass man in solchen kalten Zeiten keine Handbremse anziehen sollte. Allerdings nicht so einfach, wenn man am Hang steht und es halt auch irgendwie so in einem drinnen ist. Also so peinlich finde ich es nicht und ganz ehrlich ist mir das auch bisher noch nicht passiert. Irgendwann ist immer das erste Mal und so blockierte das rechte Hinterrad nach feuchten Minusgraden einfach mal.

Also sowas kann passieren und die einzige wirklich sinnvolle Lösung ist abwarten. Dolche Ideen, wie mit einem Haarföhn zu arbeiten sind mir nicht nachvollziehbar. Klar wäre es schön, wenn der Bulli in der Garage gestand hätte, doch die ist derzeit belegt mit allerlei anderem Zeug. Also mussten wir uns an diesem Tag dem Schicksal ergeben und einfach abwarten. Nach ein bis zwei Stunden war der Spuk vorbei und wir konnten wieder losfahren. Was es nicht alles gibt.

Momentmal, ich kann mich erinnern. Wir hatten einst einen VW Polo, Neuwagen, der machte sogar im Sommer Probleme mit festsitzenedem Rad. Könnte es ein VW typisches Problemchen sein. Aber wie kann das sein? Anyway. Jetzt parken wir halt wo anders, nicht am Hang und lassen es die Handbremse festzuziehen. Gang rein und das muss erstmal reichen. Ich frage mich aber schon, wie ist das erst wenn es mal so richtig kalt wird.

Gut war aber, das der Bulli sofort angesprungen ist. Das ist ja schon mal gut!

There weren't too many reasons for him to head to town square around this time of day. Not that Ares was antisocial - he definitely wasn't. But having joined up with the raiders, he normally spent the majority of his days outside of Redwood, in one way or another. Usually raiding or exploring their surroundings. It almost felt like he was more outside of the town than when he was in it. But he was getting results, at least.

The only reason he was in right now was becuse he'd fucked up his shoulder out there. Not badly, but badly enough that Renee had ordered him to stay inside for a few days just to give himself the chance to heal and for once, he'd decided to listen to her. So now, he'd just been wandering about town, the same way he'd done when he'd been ankle monitored, when he suddenly heard a strangely familiar voice call out to him.

Turning around, he couldn't quite place the face he saw. A woman, looking at him, clearly recognizing him. For a moment, he found his chest clench with a sense of anxiety - so far, when somebody had recognized him, it'd hardly ever been a good thing. With the exception of Lucien. But she didn't look mad or shocked, in a negative way. And after a momentm he finally recognized her.

"Adriana?" He asked. It was her. Strangely, the people he'd helped didn't stick as well in his mind as the ones he'd hurt. "Holy hell, that's you. What are you doing here? I mean-" He looked her over. She looked good, almost relaxed. "Since when have you been here? Did you just arrive here? You look good."

Slowly but surely, Adriana was starting to get herself settled in at Redwood. Bruno had taken to it like a fish to water, of course. With the number of kids that were in town, it shouldn't have come as much as a shock as it had, but it was refreshing. Kids could be cruel but it seemed like most of the kids that were here were more welcoming to other kids, especially any new ones. Yes, they were going to do just fine here.

Adriana was dropping Bruno off at the school and was going to head over to this supermarket. Maybe see if there were any clothes or something she could get for the two of them and find some stuff to make their new home more homey. She really didn't know what to expect to be there, but Redwood seemed to have it's own fair share of surprises.

Much like the surprise of the face she spotted as she neared the town square. She actually had to blink and do a double take as she recognized the face. There was no way this world was that small, right? "Ares? Is that you?" she asked, drawing herself closer so she could better see his face.
