3 ways I turn around a bad day☁️🪩 1. Cry it out - personally, I feel better when I have a good cry. 2. Audibly reset - speaking aloud to yourself is powerful! I look in the mirror and say things like “I’m good, we’re good, we’re turning this ship around!” 3. Treat myself - still important to practice self control, but I like to indulge in my favorite dessert, get a manicure, or do something else (big or small) that feels luxurious. Turned this day around with a @marmoitalian visit AND got to wear my @altardstate feather top out on the town.
