well yea most of the inciting incidents in that show are because of mob (middle schooler, protagonist, and stupidly powerful psychic) works at Spirits and Such Consultation Office which offers exorcisms. reign started the business before he met and hired mob.

mob gives him his powers for like 10 minutes at the end of season 1
