Farmers’ unions call for protest from Aug 1, tractor march on Aug 15

The Samyukt Kisan Morcha (non-political) and the Kisan Mazdoor Morcha on Monday announced another round of protest starting August 1 to oppose the Haryana government for “stopping the farmers with tear gas and bullets” on the Punjab-Haryana border.

The farmers’ unions said they have been opposing the Haryana government’s decision to recommend Police Medal for Gallantry for six officers for stopping the farmers on the state’s borders during their ‘Dilli Chalo’ agitation in February this year.

CG News: भाजपा किसान मोर्चा की राष्ट्रीय कार्यसमिति 8 को रायपुर में, 9 को किसान महासम्मेलन

CG News: रायपुर। भारतीय जनता पार्टी किसान मोर्चा की राष्ट्रीय कार्यसमिति की बैठक आगामी 8 मार्च को राजधानी के कुशाभाऊ ठाकरे परिसर स्थित भाजपा प्रदेश कार्यालय में होगी जिसमें मोर्चा के राष्ट्रीय पदाधिकारी शिरकत करेंगे। इसके ठीक अगले दिन 9 मार्च को राजधानी के साइंस कॉलेज मैदान में किसान महासम्मेलन होगा। इस बैठक और महासम्मेलन के परिप्रेक्ष्य में दो दिनों में मोर्चा की सभी जिला इकाइयों की बैठक रखी जा रही है। यह जानकारी किसान मोर्चा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष तोखन साहू ने गुरुवार को एकात्म परिसर में आहूत पत्रकार वार्ता में दी।

CG News: भाजपा किसान मोर्चा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष साहू ने बताया कि किसान महासम्मेलन में प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री विष्णुदेव साय, मोर्चा के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष राजकुमार चाहर समेत राष्ट्रीय पदाधिकारीयों का संबोधन होगा। साहू ने प्रदेश के समस्त किसान भाइयों को इस सभा के लिए आमंत्रित किया है। इस दौरान प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व वाली केंद्र और मुख्यमंत्री साय के नेतृत्व वाली प्रदेश सरकार की उपलब्धियों की चर्चा करते हुए साहू ने कहा कि मोदी की गारंटी के तहत भाजपा की प्रदेश सरकार ने प्रति एकड़ 21 क्विंटल धान 31सौ रूपए प्रति क्विंटल की दर से खरीदने का वादा पूरा किया है जिसका लाभ सीधे किसान भाइयों को हो रहा है।

इस कड़ी में इस वर्ष प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा 1.47 लाख मीट्रिक टन धान की रिकॉर्ड खरीदी की गई है। भाजपा सरकार ने ही शून्य प्रतिशत ब्याज पर किसानों को ऋण मुहैया कराने का काम भी किया है। इसी प्रकार प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की केंद्र सरकार ने गन्ना किसानों को एक बड़ा तोहफा देते हुए 340 रुपए प्रति क्विंटल की दर से गन्ना खरीदने का निर्णय लिया और पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में इस वर्ष 8 प्रतिशत अधिक राशि से गन्ना खरीदी की जा रही है। पीएम किसान सम्मान योजना के तहत केंद्र सरकार ने किसान सम्मान निधि की 16वीं किश्त जारी की है।
