Today we have Falkus’s theme song!

At the beginning, the smooth piano is all about when he was a caring god. The piano gradually turns into electronic beats (untill 00:30) which is about the time when Falkus slowly lost his mind, began to realize the truth about his Elders, and had enough of being a selfless weapon.

From 00:33 to 1:07 he realizes that he wants his freedom no matter the cost.

From 1:08 to 2:03 we have the embodiment of his new chaotic nature.

From 2:03 to 2:30, Falkus learns that he can use this half-Metalrealmer as a weapon to execute his plans, but stealing her from Raiden is not an easy task, so it’s either a win or a loss for him.

From 3:20 to 3:46 (you may want to turn down the volume) we get another embodiment of his fucked up mental state lmaoo

Yeah Windwolf but they are fathers of a gorgeous beautiful wonderful daughter ok!!? OK??!!

Her name is Kohana(小華) which means “little flower”…. Her hair was white when she was born and as a child, like Fujins, but it turns dark brown/black like Nightwolfs by the time she's an adult btw,,,,,

Can‘t stop thinking about younger Shang Tsung and what his early life might have been like…

He definitely had to fight for scraps, and I can also see him having gotten involved in shady businesses and deals just to stay above water. It’s also how he learned to be deceptive, I bet that to some extent this time of his life shaped him into the man he is now.

It was basically something that granted him his survival and it is also why he holds even more of a grudge against Liu Kang in this timeline the moment he finds out that this destiny was bestowed upon him with intent.

While drawing him as a child holding a blunt wooden knife yesterday all I saw in my head was that said knife is his only keepsake - a toy - but that eventually he had to do his first kill using it as he didn’t have anything sharper available… it must have been a mess, and it would ultimately cost him his innocence. The one thing that still connected him to some good in his soul.
