I don't have any Charr-sibs. And I didn't include the Konu-sibs because I already had the twins for Humans. Maybe we'll do a round with them for White Day!

The Inquest questions!
What is their title and what are their responsibilities? —His current rank is that of an Inquest Saboteur. Most of the time his duties involve infiltrating normal Krewe facilities and finding ways to hinder their progress. All the while—of course—stealing any information that might be valuable, then destroying any evidence of there being information in the first place. (Can't be anyone else's if there's no proof!) Most of the time he's stationed at Hexfoundry G-14, but have a job for him? Will travel!
How well do they get along with their coworkers and superiors? —Superiors he's rather good at kissing up to when necessary, but he's the sort who also strongly mutters under his breath about them when out of earshot. Coworkers…can't say he's overly fond of any of them? Not enough to engage in any sort of regular communication past work related things. You're not dead, he's not dead, we're good.
How and why did they join in the first place? —Honestly, it started a few months before the Pact became a thing, before his wayward sibling wound up saving the world. Not that he claims her publicly, easier when your race doesn't really have family names to link you—just some naming conventions. The why…
He was unhappy with advancements being made by legal means and had always taken the slightly "darker" path anyway to cheat his way to results. He got the results, what did it matter that a few heads got cracked along the way?
What would the final straw that would convince them to (attempt to) leave? —It would be nice to say that he and Oiba had a nice reunion at some point after numerous other not so great ones and she finally talked some sense into him… But really it would have to be a rather severe brush with an untimely death that would turn the lightbulb on. That and his death at that moment would result in someone else getting his credit for everything. Not gonna happen.
How do they feel about the morally questionable goings-on in the Inquest? —Mottut is right at home with most of it. There's a few lines he won't cross but thus far he's not encountered them. Or at least enough that it became a matter of him continuing or changing how they're doing something.
What would they be doing if they had never joined? —His initial position within a rather honorable Krewe was Lead Researcher, which is why he's so rather good at sniffing out the information he later sabotages.
Assuming they had the necessary approval, what experiment or project would they work on? —Current project has him investigating Jade-tech in the attempt to learn how to manipulate it to their own ends. That and figure out how to wreck it enough so that it handicaps the enemy.
How valuable (/replaceable) of an employee are they? —Short end of it is he is eventually replaceable. Longer end of it, he's rather good at what he does. To the point that he's got a queue of Inquest wanting him to investigate and "edit" the competition. They're even willing to bribe him, or at least attempt to. That's one thing that Mottut doesn't really fall for…it reminds him of his parents a bit too much for his tastes. (They often bribed him to do better than Oiba in almost everything they did as Progeny.)
Current Inquest agents: Their least favorite aspect of their job. Former agents: Parts they miss. —The initial infiltration into various spaces. It's tiring coming up with all these identities and backstories. You'd think at this point he'd have hired someone but the problem with that is trust (for one) and…well…trust. He doesn't trust many outside himself when it comes to his own personal safety.
What do they do outside of work? —Once he learned of Oiba's doings… Well, he won't admit this but he does keep tabs on her. Less to make sure she's well and hale and more to see if there's anything that he can mess with to make her life difficult. He's managed—in the past—to find a few, but it's not easy considering how often she's with at least one of her companions.
What are/were their long-term goals in regards to being a part of the Inquest? Becoming an Overseer? Performing an otherwise banned experiment? Or just surviving? —Survival as well as possibly becoming an Overseer. He's not sure if he's fond of the idea of having so much responsibility. Where as with his current position he only has to really work maybe once every two weeks.
How do they feel about the Commander and the whole Elder Dragon thing? —The majority of them he couldn't care less about. The only ones he keeps tabs on is Oiba and Taimi—now also Gorrik but him…less so. He didn't really care or think much about him when Gorrik was in the Inquest initially. Their work didn't really overlap in any fashion that would have profited him. Elder Dragons… Honestly, the only reason he might pretend to make-up with Oiba. Just to get into that data and put any kinks in their plans.

Got tossed the Incorrect Quote Generator and tossed the Five Commanders world onto it. Here's some of the results! Some of these may...or may not actually be canon. Or close enough.
Inkeri: Did you just call me a shrimp, you asshole?! I'm still growing, dammit!
Nilo: [Turns on the kitchen light] Oiba: [Sitting at the table, eating bread] Nilo: It’s four in the morning. Oiba: Turn the light back off.
Emrys: Sorry I'm late, I was doing stuff. Mottut: YOU PUSHED ME DOWN THE FUCKING STAIRS!
[Inkeri sneezes] Emrys: Inkeri, are you sick? Here, let me wrap you in a blanket and hand-feed you some warm soup while singing you a lullaby! [Izar sneezes] Emrys: Oh my god. Shut the hell up.
Oiba, T-posing in the doorway: Greetings, Emrys. Emrys, not looking up from their coffee: Good morning, problem child.
Oiba: Get on my level! Nicoletta: Unfortunately, to "get on your level" I'd need a boat trip to the Mariana Trench and a pair of cinderblock shoes.
Mottut: Do you have a second to talk about the environment? Oiba: Do you have a second to eat my farts?
Nicoletta: Why is there blood everywhere? Izar: I may have aggressively poked someone with a knife. Nicoletta: You stabbed someone?! Izar: No, no. I aggressively poked someone with a knife.
Izar: I can't imagine what Nicoletta is planning. But I can tell you two things. We won't like it and it won't be legal.
Oiba: I want a bf. Emrys: Do you mean best friend, boyfriend or bread feast? Because you’re being really vague here.
Nicoletta: Are you packed for the trip? Nilo: Yup. Nicoletta: Then where are your bags? Nilo: All I’m bringing is a good attitude and a sense of adventure. Nicoletta: A change of underwear might be nice.
Emrys: As top in this relationship, I think we should- Nilo: I can't believe you're pulling rank on me.
Emrys: Come on Nilo, do it for our friendship. You can't put a price on that… Nilo: Yes I can, dear. Fifty dollars.
Mottut: I love you. Oiba, not paying attention: What was that? Mottut: I said I’m selling you to the zOo-
Mottut: A pessimist sees a dark tunnel. Emrys: An optimist sees light at the end of the tunnel. Tarsicia: A realist sees a freight train. Izar: The train driver sees three idiots standing on the tracks.
Nilo: Being gay isn't a choice. It's a game and I'm winning.
Emrys, learning how to drive: What happens if I press the gas and the brake at the same time? Izar: The car takes a screenshot. Nilo: Please pull over. I’m driving now.
Nilo: You’re my best friend, I would do anything for you. Izar: I want you to eat 3 meals a day and have a decent sleep schedule. Nilo: Absolutely not.

Don't have any new photos to bring this brainworm into the conversation but meh.
Thinking of making this one having been Inquest. I don't have one, past or current. And it'd make for good sibling conflict. As much as Oiba would still claim him as her brother. So that means looking into Inquest lore when I get up tomorrow!

...I may or may not have had the impulse to make Mottut... I'm still not sold on his outfit/dyes but it'll do for now. He's a match for Oiba skin tone/pattern color wise, but otherwise they're dissimilar.
I'm tempted to have it so he's semi-reunited with Oiba, changed too—for the better—but as of now he's hiding his true identity. He knows she'll probably hate him for it and Korvin is already suspicious of him yet he wants to try and get to know the little sister he's now working under.

Time to talk about the lady who gave me so much name trouble!!!
Originally born as Orabella, Oiba was the second born child of her parents and very much unwanted—she was a secret even from her mother until labor. Her parents…attempted at first to show interest in her, at least until she could care for herself, then all pretense was gone. Her older brother, Mottut, was often held over her head and her own pushed down; thus she found comfort in a jungle stalker cub she kept secret. Korvin was her constant companion, even after he grew too big to hide. She didn't hold much anger towards Mottut, that was reserved for their parents, likewise he didn't pay her much mind.
Mottut was a pretty good genius, but it was Oiba who gained Zojja's attention with her Snaff entry. A golem that automated first-aid out in the field—a walking hospital, if you will. Automated Internal Diagnosis, or AID-1. Though she often joked to Kovin it should be 1-AID. (Get it? First-aid!) Sure, it wasn't mind-blowing, but it kept medics from getting hurt in the field potentially.
Still, Zojja's attention and the public's attention that soon followed was definitely not wanted. She kept pushing and pushing for the Elementalist to bugger off and leave her alone. Finally, they made a compromise—they'd have a brainstorming afternoon once a week and be no contact for the rest of it. For a recluse like Oiba, it was the best she'd get against stubborn Zojja. And after a while, she grew to like and look forward to these talks—Zojja also turned them into small pet-seeking adventures.
Eventually, Zojja's assertiveness gave Oiba (still known as Orabella) the confidence to publically leave her family and cast away the name they gave her. Since she wasn't planned for, her name was an aunt who wasn't very well liked by her parents—and already dead so no possible support there. Once she left them, Zojja took Oiba—and her now many pets—into her own house. Now newly named Oiba Pathfinder began following and helping Zojja with various projects. Thus leading them to the fateful meeting in Lion's Arch.
Fingers buried in Kovin's fur, Oiba stood apart as she watched the others converse. Tarsicia looked very much how Oiba felt, so did Izar in a way—anywhere but here, please. Nilo and Emrys were almost too loud for her sensitive ears, Nicoletta was…just right to coin a phrase. And as much as she knew Zojja didn't (on the surface) want a resolution with her guildmates, Oiba did kind of want it for her. Someone ought to have their family back, even a found family.
Her partner-in-crime ended up being Nilo, they bonded over the fact that Sieran was slightly exasperating. She also echoed Gixx's sentiments of Sieran being very Asuran-like but lacked precautions. Nicoletta was, indeed, just right for Oiba's sensibilities. She had many a happy afternoon socializing with the twins. Her pets became very attached and protective over them as well—perhaps even more so after their jaunt through the Manor.
Emrys was still pretty loud and just a little mistrustful of her race, with good reason. But she did win him over with her pets and AID-1, who still toddled around after her. And she picked up a few bow skills from him along the way. Izar gave her very much big brother vibes, though she also found him to be an avid listener and good caretaker of her birds of prey. Tarisica's Guardian abilities were the icebreaker there, once they fought together and she saw the Charr use her flames… Question city. Tarsicia chuffed at her but answered what she could with an amused tone. And got a free brushing out of it!
As much as she ragged on Sieran, it had turned very affectionate based, even a small crush on Oiba's end. Probably for the better that Oiba got caught in the same spray that hit Mira; one of the twins—she never found out which—carried her out. She was near inconsolable after the battle, her pets curled tight around her and Nilo constantly checked on her, made sure she was taken care of. It took her nearly two months to get anywhere close to her normal self again. The twins were always there to slip her something sweet, be it food or a little saying.
So Trahearne was a bit of a sore spot for her, but she trusted him. After all, he was someone Sieran looked up to, not to mention his Orrian knowledge went deep, she could learn so much from him. Still, for a while it hurt to be around him for long—he and Sieran weren't very similar in looks or personality. There was just something about him that reminded her of Sieran… She held him at arm's length.
Watching Zhaitan fall was such an overwhelming feeling, the kind of knees hitting the floor sort. Like Izar, Oiba held no belief that it was over, they had just started this journey. And at what cost? Oiba's magic sickness didn't hold her down as long as it did the others—Emrys aside for yet unknown reasons. Maybe it was her kneeling that saved her. Maybe it was the already intense bond she had with her pets. She found herself seeing through their eyes, a gift that eventually morphs its way into a reverse-Soulbeast?
