20 down 13 more to go!!! After radiation today I stopped by the therapist office for an emotional cleansing session. I've been a ball of rainbow feelings lately and needed to vent. One of my current issues is fatigue and I've just not been able to run. So she gives me this exercise DVD. I'm definitely going to try this one out. Looks cool. I just hit a month of running with my base training. It’s been a great great 30 days and we’ll see what happens in the next 30 days as I continue on with my goal of running 90 days straight with no days off, and 10 Miles or more each day. So far, I’m feeling so much better than more alive than when I started. The app is called Libby. That’s what I use to listen to books on tape while I run. And it’s from the library so it’s free.
