Prostate Cancer Using Dynamic Adaptive Radiotherapy

As per Dattoli Cancer Center, doctors may now give more accurate doses of radiation to the prostate thanks to recent advancements in prostate cancer radiation treatment. Prostate cancer patients may benefit from Dynamic Adaptive Radiotherapy, which improves the efficiency of external beam radiation while reducing adverse effects. The new technique can detect fiducial markers placed into the prostate prior to therapy in order to pinpoint the precise location of malignant tissue.
