Maersk and MSC accused in Brazil of abusing their dominating position in the container business

The Brazilian Association of Port Terminals (ABTP) – a group representing 73 port companies across 235 terminals in Brazil – filed a legal request at Brazil’s Administrative Economic Defense Council (CADE) to investigate Maersk and MSC’s impact on the port market. ABTP accuses the two companies of abusing their domination in the maritime transport of containers business to favor their own terminals, raising costs and reducing options for the flow of cargo in Brazil.

The ABTP document highlights that, in Brazil, MSC and Maersk are responsible for 79% of containers (53% directly and another 26% through commercial agreements) transported along the Brazilian coast. According to them, the control of the flow of cargo is done in such a way that the seven port terminals owned by the two companies would be favored to the detriment of others, even in cases in which other ports are closer to the origin/destination of the cargo.

Today, the terminals controlled by MSC and Maersk – three in Santa Catarina and one in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo, and Ceará each – see almost half of the country’s movement of containerized cargo.

Various Types Of Marine Roller Fairlead

Marine roller fairlead, also called guide roller, is installed on the round-shaped base of ship deck between the fairlead and winch. It is used to change the direction of mooring ropes and helps lead the ropes to the reel. YSmarines supplies a variety of sizes and types of the roller fairleads including swivel head fairlead, DIN81906 warping roller, JIS F 2014 warping roller, vertical guide sheave, NS2585 warping roller and so on. YSmarines also can offer the customized fairleads according to customer’s special requirements.

NS2585 Warping Roller Fairlead

NS2585 warping roller is the same as the GB/T 10105-88 fairlead. It is cast by the finest quality marine mild carbon steel for added durability. All surfaces in contact with the ropes shall be free from surface roughness or irregularities likely to cause damage to the ropes by abrasion. It has a high breaking load of a tightwire. The compact design, precision machined smooth surface and easily removable shafts ensure the good wear and corrosion resistance of the fairlead. It is used to lead the direction of mooring ropes for marine ships.

ISO13767 Shipside Roller Fairlead

The shipside roller is made in accordance with the standard of ISO 13767. The safe working load (SWL) intended for the use of the roller fairlead shall be noted in the towing and mooring plan available onboard for the guidance of the shipmaster as specified in MSC/Circ.1175. There are two types of fairleads as the construction, which include 2-roller type and 3-roller type.

ISO13755 Warping Roller Fairlead

The foundation of the warping roller shall be determined by the manufacturer in accordance with the standard of ISO13755. The roller is made from steel casting having a yield point of not less than 205N/mm2 or steel plates having a yield point of not less than 235 N/mm2 and the Axl is made from weldable steel casting having a yield point of not less than 350N/mm2 or equivalent. The warping roller has three types including type A which is made of steel casting without upper dust cover, type B which is made of steel casting with upper dust cover and type C which is made of steel plate with dust cover depending on the construction.

Vertical Guide Sheave

The vertical sheave is a type of mooring fittings to guide the mooring rope vertically on the deck. The fairlead is built to withstand breaking strength of indicated rope at 90-degree sheave wrap on sheaves. It is made of cast steel with hardened rope groove for longer life. There can be one sheave or two sheaves together. It is a removable guide roller with an epoxy primer coating. It is a special sheave for high-performance synthetic ropes.

JIS F 2026 Roller Fairlead

The roller fairlead is manufactured strictly according to the Japanese Standard JIS F 2026-1980. It is also known as universal fairlead with horizontal rollers and vertical rollers. It is made of stainless steel. Its surface is polished and galvanized which has high corrosion-resistance. It is usually located on the deck end or in the bulwark. It can perfectly guide the direction of ropes and protect them. There are three types for the fairleads: Type A (4 rollers), Type BR (5 rollers) and Type BL (5 rollers and symmetrical to BR type).

JIS F 2014 Warping Roller

The warping roller is manufactured according to the JIS F 2014 -1987 standard. It is also known as CB58-83 fairlead. It is used as a shipside roller fairlead and is to change the direction of the ropes. All surfaces of the fairlead, including welding, shall be free from any visible flaws or imperfections. The roller diameter is from100mm to 450mm, suitable for rope diameter from 40mm to 80mm. The warping roller has three types including type A (one roller), type B (two rollers as a group) and type C (3 rollers as a group).

Ποιος μπορεί να αντισταθεί στο παγωτό, ειδικά όταν η θερμοκρασία χτυπάει στο κόκκινο; Θα σε δροσίσει στο λεπτό και θα σε ικανοποιήσει  γευστικά.

Άλλωστε με τόσες γεύσεις και τέτοια ποικιλία δεν γίνεται να μην βρεις την ιδανική γεύση για εσένα.Τι γίνεται όμως με τις θερμίδες και τα λιπαρά; Ειδικά αν θες να προσέξεις την γραμμή σου, τότε  τα πράγματα δυσκολεύουν.

 Οι πρώτες ύλες για το αγαπημένο σου παγωτό είναι κυρίως γάλα, κρέμα γάλακτος, βούτυρο, ζάχαρη, ξηροί καρποί, σιρόπια, γλυκαντικές ουσίες, χυμοί φρούτων καθώς και πρόσθετα τροφίμων όπως σταθεροποιητές, χρωστικές και άλλες ουσίες που ενισχύουν την γεύση και την υφή, για να είναι λαχταριστό.

 Τι γίνεται όμως όταν βρίσκεσαι πάνω από ένα ψυγείο με παγωτά; Τι μπορείς να φας και να το ευχαριστηθείς και να μην επιβαρύνεις την σιλουέτα σου;

Εκτός από τις θερμίδες και τα λιπαρά  ( συνήθως τα 100 γραμμάρια  αποδίδουν από 75 μέχρι και 300 θερμίδες), ένα παγωτό μπορεί να σου προσφέρει πρωτεΐνες καθώς και ασβέστιο, φώσφορο και βιταμίνη Α στον οργανισμό σου.

Πρώτη επιλογή  για όσους  προσέχουν  την σιλουέτα τους και δεν θέλουν να στερηθούν  είναι οι γρανίτες,τα σορμπέ  και βέβαια  τα 0% ή τύπου light  που έχουν κατακλύσει την αγορά. 

Tα σορμπέ  δεν περιέχουν  γάλα  αλλά παγωμένο  πολτό φρούτου και ζάχαρη  οπότε είναι κατάλληλο  και για όσους έχουν δυσανεξία στην λακτόζη και  αφού δεν περιέχουν βούτυρο και κρέμα γάλακτος, δεν  έχουν ζωικά  λιπαρά. Στο ίντερνετ κυκλοφορούν άπειρες συνταγές   με sorbet γεύσεις  με μηδενικό επίπεδο λιπαρών και πολύ εύκολα στην παρασκευή  Το ίδιο ισχύει και για τις γρανίτες. Προσοχή πάντα στην ποσότητα!!!!!! Οι γρανίτες συνήθως προσφέρονται σε ποτήρι, γεγονός  που μας ξεγελά και μπορεί να καταναλώσουμε μεγαλύτερη ποσότητα από αυτή που θέλουμε ή έχουμε υπολογίσει.  Μην ντραπείς και ζήτησε να σου φέρουν την αγαπημένη σου γρανίτα σε πιο μικρό ποτήρι ή αν υπάρχει μέγεθος, προτίμησε καλύτερα το μικρό εξαρχής. 

Υπάρχουν και τα «διαιτητικά» παγωτά, τα οποία είτε δεν περιέχουν ζάχαρη, είτε περιέχουν λιγότερα λιπαρά του τύπου 0 %, για αυτό καλό είναι να διαβάζεις πάντα την ετικέτα για να ξέρεις τι ακριβώς επιλέγεις.  Υπάρχουν λοιπόν παγωτά χωρίς προστιθέμενη ζάχαρη και λίπος, παγωτά με υποκατάστατα ζάχαρης, όπως και αυτά με την στέβια αλλά  που περιέχουν όμως λιπαρά  και τα παγωτά  με ζάχαρη και περιορισμένης περιεκτικότητας σε λιπαρά- στην περίπτωση αυτή θα πρέπει να προσέξεις αν αντιμετωπίζεις διαβήτη. 

Αν προτιμάς τα  «χύμα» παγωτά και όχι τα συσκευασμένα, πέρα από τις  σορμπέ γεύσεις που μπορείς να επιλέξεις, προτίμησε την κλασική και σε όλους αγαπητή βανίλια σε  σχέση με  τις άλλες γεύσεις που περιέχουν σιρόπια, ξηρούς καρπούς, κομμάτια  σοκολάτας . Για να καταλάβεις μία μικρή μπάλα βανίλια ( 100γρ) προσδίδει περίπου 180 θερμίδες ενώ η ίδια μπάλα σοκολάτας,  235 θερμίδες και περισσότερα λιπαρά.  Όταν στις μπάλες αυτές προστεθούν ξηροί καρποί, σιρόπια ή παγωμένη σοκολάτα, οι θερμίδες χτυπούν κόκκινο. 

Τι είναι λοιπόν το καλύτερο για σένα; Όχι βέβαια να στερηθείς το παγωτό, αλλά για να μην δημιουργηθούν προβλήματα με το βάρος σου την καλοκαιρινή περίοδο μπορείς  να το γεύεσαι με μέτρο 1-2 φορές την εβδομάδα σε λογικές ποσότητες,  πάντα βέβαια ως μέρος ενός ισορροπημένου διαιτολογίου. Τις ημέρες που έπαιρνες αγκαλιά την οικογενειακή συσκευασία παγωτού είναι καλό να τις αφήσεις στο παρελθόν.

Aν δεις ότι έχεις ανάγκη να φας ένα τρίτο παγωτό μέσα στην εβδομάδα προτίμησε κάποιο με φρουτένια γεύση ή δοκίμασε να ξεγελαστείς με μια μικρή γρανίτα. Και το παγωμένο γιαούρτι δεν είναι άσχημη επιλογή ( προσοχή και εδώ στην ποσότητα και στα toppings). Επίσης, προσπάθησε να αποφύγεις τα πρόσθετα στοιχεία όπως σιρόπια, κομμάτια σοκολάτας, κομμάτια μπισκότου και όλα αυτά που  ικανοποιούν περισσότερο το μάτι παρά την γεύση.

Τέλος δοκίμασε να φτιάξεις το δικό σου παγωτό, αφού κυκλοφορούν τόσες συνταγές στο διαδίκτυο που το αποτέλεσμα θα σε αποζημιώσει. Πλέον δεν χρειάζεσαι ούτε παγωτομηχανή και έτσι θα μπορείς να το γεύεσαι και ανά δεύτερη ημέρα χωρίς φόβο και πάθος.

Όπως και να έχει να περάσεις ένα υπέροχο καλοκαίρι γιατί ακόμα είμαστε μόνο στην μέση του καλοκαιριού!!!!

Mölln. Zum dritten ADAC MX Masters-Event am “Grambeker Heidering” beim MSC Mölln e.V. hatten sich rund 235 Piloten aus mehr als 26 Nationen angemeldet, darunter auch der amtierende MX2-Vizeweltmeister Jeremy Seewer aus der Schweiz (22, Team Suzuki World MX2). Und dieser machte seinem Ruf als einer der momentan weltbesten Motocrosser alle Ehre und zeigte im Qualifikationstraining eine tolle Vorstellung. “Ich habe es richtig genossen”, so lautete der erste Kommentar des 22-Jährigen, der mit einer Bestzeit von 1:45:770 Minuten die Messlatte extrem hochgelegt hatte. Der Suzuki-Pilot war anders als gewohnt mit einer 450ccm-Maschine ins Rennen gestartet, um während der Saison schon mal erste Erfahrungen auf dem größeren Bike zu machen, auf dem er ab 2018 permanent starten wird. “Die Strecke ist sehr speziell und nicht gerade einfach, aber für mich ist es eine perfekte Übung auf der 450ccm-Maschine. Das Bike ist als Prototyp komplett neu in diesem Jahr, das ist schon sehr spannend, jetzt damit unterwegs zu sein. Ich habe mich bereits im Training sehr wohl damit gefühlt, daher ist das gute Quali-Ergebnis eine tolle Bestätigung für mich”, meinte Seewer.

Ähnlich entspannt wie das Schweizer MX-Talent gab sich auch der Belgier Jens Getteman (23, Monster Energy Kawasaki Elf Team Pfeil), der sich in der Tabelle aktuell auf Platz zwei befindet. In Gruppe zwei holte er mit 1:47:974 Minuten die Bestzeit und freute sich, dass er sich am Sonntag damit direkt nach seinem Schweizer Konkurrenten eine Position am Startgatter aussuchen darf. “Das Qualifying war eine echte Herausforderung. Auf diesem Track geht es nicht primär darum, zu pushen, sondern einen guten Weg zu finden, mit dem sehr rutschigen und steinigen Untergrund klarzukommen. Ich bin heute sehr erleichtert, da ich in der Quali sonst nicht so stark bin und somit schon mal zeigen konnte, dass ich mich momentan echt gut fühle. Für die Wertungsläufe wäre es klasse, wenn es genauso für mich laufen würde wie heute, allerdings denke ich dabei nicht über mein Standing in der Meisterschaft nach, da ich mir dann zu viel Druck machen würde. Ich will es lieber locker angehen”, erklärte der 23-Jährige. Als Dritter überzeugte der Belgier Cyril Genot (17, Falcon Motorsports, KTM).

Lokalmatador Davide von Zitzewitz (25, BVZ Racing Team, KTM) verpasste im Qualifying nur knapp einen Startplatz für den Rennsonntag, zeigte dann aber im Last Chance Race, dass er sehr wohl zur Elite der internationalen Motocross-Szene gehört. “Ich habe alles daran gesetzt, mich noch nachzuqualifizieren und bin glücklich, dass es geklappt hat. Meine Familie und meine Freunde sind alle hier und haben mich hier heute durch Höhen und Tiefen begleitet. Das hat gutgetan und mir letztendlich auch dazu verholfen, dass ich zu den 40 Startern bei den Masters-Rennen gehöre”, resümierte der Schleswig-Holsteiner, der in Hoisdorf nahe Hamburg wohnt.

Dass das ADAC MX Masters gleich zweimal in einer Saison nördlich der Elbe gastiert, liegt bereits sechs Jahre zurück. Doch in dieser Saison sind mit dem Debüt beim MSC Mölln e.V. sowie mit dem Stopp in Tensfeld erstmalig wieder zwei norddeutsche Veranstaltungen im Kalender der Rennserie verankert.

ADAC MX Youngster Cup

ADAC MX Youngster Cup-Pilot Richard Sikyna (19, MX Slovakia, KTM) ist derzeit besonders gut drauf. Sein Erfolg im Qualifikationstraining beim letzten Stopp der Rennserie in Jauer scheint den Slowaken positiv beeinflusst zu haben, dass er nun auch auf dem Rundkurs des MSC Mölln e.V. ordentlich am Gashahn drehte und mit einer Bestzeit von 1:47:790 Minuten überzeugte. Und das, obwohl die 1.630 Meter lange Strecke dem KTM-Piloten noch nicht mal mehr wirklich liegt. “Diese Mischung aus Hartbodenstrecke und sandigen Passagen ist sehr tückisch und ist eigentlich so gar nicht mein Fall. Daher habe ich versucht, mich auf darauf zu konzentrieren, keine Fehler zu machen, was aber wahrlich nicht einfach war”, so der 19-Jährige, der sich damit die Poleposition für den Rennsonntag sicherte. Zweiter wurde der Däne Glen Meier (18, KTM Kosak Racing Team), der mit der Bestzeit von 1:49:423 zwar Schnellster in seiner Gruppe wurde, jedoch rund zwei Sekunden langsamer als Richard Sikyna war. Drittschnellster wurde der Österreicher Michael Sandner (18, Thermotec-Racing, KTM).

ADAC MX Junior Cup

Die ADAC MX Masters-Rennserie bei den Junioren steht bis dato ganz im Zeichen der Skandinavier. In Gruppe eins der Klasse drei sorgte der Däne Rasmus Pedersen (13, Team Classic Oil / SHR Motorsports, KTM) für Aufmerksamkeit und setzte sich mit einer Bestzeit von 1:59:211 Minuten durch. “Die Strecke ist wirklich nicht einfach zu fahren und erfordert viel Können und Konzentration. Allerdings liegt mir sowohl sandiger Untergrund als auch Hartboden, daher bin ich gut klargekommen. In den Rennen muss ich vor allem auf Jett Lawrence aufpassen, da er echt schnell ist und man ihn nicht unterschätzen sollte”, sagte der 13-Jährige. Achtgeben sollte der junge KTM-Pilot allerdings auch auf seinen Rivalen Max Palsson (14, Mefo Sport Racing Team, KTM). Der momentane Tabellenzweite war zwar eine knappe Sekunde langsamer als Pedersen, zeigte sich aber nicht weniger angriffslustig hinsichtlich des Rennsonntags. “Mir gefällt die Strecke hier wesentlich besser als in Jauer, zudem bin ich gerade zum Ende immer sehr stark. Das sind also gute Voraussetzungen für die Wertungsläufe”, prognostizierte der 14-Jährige, der sich dann als Zweiter einen Startplatz aussuchen darf. Als Dritter machte der Australier Jett Lawrence (13, Team Suzuki World MX2) von sich reden.

Programm

Der MSC Mölln e.V. feiert an diesem Rennwochenende Premiere beim ADAC MX Masters und richtet unter Federführung des ADAC Hansa erstmalig ein Event der Rennserie aus. Im Vorfeld hatten sich rund 200 Helfer beteiligt, den “Grambeker Heidering” optimal vorzubereiten und den norddeutschen Zuschauern ein echtes Highlight-Event im Herzogtum Lauenburg zu präsentieren. Zusätzlich zum Renngeschehen erwartet die Besucher auf dem rund 60 Kilometer von Hamburg entfernten Vereinsgelände ein abwechslungsreiches Rahmenprogramm für Groß und Klein. Mit der ADAC Unfallschutzhüpfburg und dem Suzuki Quadparcours kommen die Kinder auf ihre Kosten, auf die Erwachsenen warten jede Menge Gastronomie-Angebote und Fanstände. Zudem wird am Sonntag von 12.15 bis 12.45 Uhr am ADAC Truck eine Autogrammstunde mit den Top-Stars veranstaltet, zu der dieses Mal der WM-Pilot Jeremy Seewer, der Spitzenreiter Dennis Ullrich (23, KTM Sarholz Racing Team), das belgische MX-Talent Jens Getteman sowie der Lokalmatador Davide von Zitzewitz eingeladen sind. Die Kosten für das Tagesticket am Sonntag liegen bei 15 Euro für Erwachsene, Kinder von 1,01 bis 1,50 Meter Körpergröße zahlen die Hälfte.
