probably not canon at all theory regarding two spoiler characters in Everhood 2 below the cut

think i nailed down a possible time frame for Shade getting into Bobo's head:

important to note that it's extremely up to interpretation due to:

how much influence did Shade really have over Bobo's attitude and actions (compare the Riley attitude change to this)

in relation to last point: was Bobo fucking around here and playing dumb for funsies or is this them 'normally', either could be true

possession could've happened earlier or later - Shade shows up Literally Fucking Everywhere so we can't account for them being chronological (they were at least in two different places during the Jungle/Abyss section for obvious reasons)

alternatively imagine these two being in saturday cartoon villain cahoots with each other. the money switching thing could've been planned, or maybe Shade just knew what Bobo needed and capitalized on using Player for it. maybe Bobo wanting chaos and Shade wanting conflict = besties but judging by the end of the lategame Bobo fight (them saying they don't want to win), maybe there was some regret there?

this isn't any coherent theory i just think Shade going suspiciously Bobo-shaped around this timeframe is funny considering how early in plot this could've happened
