((This is a running headcanon I've been turning around in my head for a while. Moon and her siblings all have 'tattoos' on their backs of their respective symbolic creatures. For Nova, this is a dragon with the sun; for North, the black tortoise; for White, the white tiger; and for Blaze, the phoenix. Each of their 'tattoos' glow, though the pulsing of said glow is very very slow and subtle with respect to Moon's, and is only noticeable if someone is actively looking at it. The pulsing glow runs down the back of the dragon and the stars, down her spine, and it intensifies in brightness and speed the more emotional she is. Although Moon gets embarrassed whenever anyone points it out, she requested for the tattoo to be kept on her body as Moonfall, as it has incredibly deep ties to her culture and family.))

Välkkyvä Hiillos is soul bind to Lord Aurinko and his third soul bind. He was once his dance instructor but took over as Festival Advisor along side his older sister Palava Tuli when Aurinko ascended the throne. Hiilos is a loud fun loving dancer who loves to joke around. He is playful and adores just having a good time with his family, even if his Liege is grown now. He was close friends with the previous king and Queen, Lord Huippu and Lady Hiekka.

He was also extremely fond of Tuli's husband Sitruuna Shokki, who died in the war with Windaria. He is close with Shokki's best friend Indigo Tuulta as well. He helps the lot of them look out for his nephew Sitriini Sinfonia and loves to take it easy and have a good time.

Hiillos however, is not a man to be crossed and can be deathly serious when there is a need for it and even if he is the Festival Advisor, as one of Aurinko's Binds he is considered a Pillar of the Misterican Government and has the power to match.

DOUBLE TROUBLE started as two hells that have been combined into one. The original alts are the muses belonging to Rags & Zero. This means that the hotel--the one that muses frequent today belong to the alternatives, Ember & Poppy [Two Charlie alts belonging to Rags & Zero] - This does not mean that these alternatives are the /original/ versions of the characters, it just means that this is the SETTING of the server, and the origin of the Lore of the server.

Each time a new muse gets added, that hell combines into theirs, creating an expanding Hell & Heaven. Places like Hotel, Vee Tower, etc--get bigger to compensate for the new members who join the timeline. Whatever your Lore is for your Hell gets combined into this one, creating a giant super hell & heaven full of shenanigans.

This blog will deal with dark topics like abuse, truma, blood, gore, PTSD, depression, suicidal thoughts/ideation, self loathing and self deprcation but I will make sure to tag everything and treat said topics with respect.

ALRIGHT HERE HE IS, I BRIEFLY MENTIONED REWORKING MY GRILLBY AND HIS ART IS DONE. Now it’s time for HC’s/Basic reiteration of info

- His full name is Gervaise ‘basalt’ Soot though most people call him Grillby as a nickname and he actually prefers it so few monsters know his ‘real name’

- He’s a Magma elemental which means he’s the hybrid of a fire and rock elemental, He shares many of his base traits with fire elementals so he often gets mistaken as such but unlike a fire elemental. Grillby can form hardened plates of magma all over his body in response to fear or in self defense which raises his defense stats from 100 to 200 but lowers his attack from 150 to 100 since he’s slower with full magma armor summoned.

- He’s a boss monster class elemental which was a completely random occurrence (As it often is in monster society) so while he’d been born to a poor, Hard-working couple, He did eventually become the leader of the elemental clan by popular vote and Necessity to have a boss monster leading the charge as they are of course natural born leaders though they usually are given extra training as children so grillby is a very informal boss monster. Any kids he has would be considered royalty within’ the clan.

- The elemental clan was originally composed of 100% elementals of a wide variety of types and elements (Water, fire, Plasma, Rock, Plant, Shadow, light, etc) but due to how many of them they lost in the war. (Grillby and Fuku are the only surviving fire aligned elementals and elementals of other types are severely lacking underground), So it now composes most element themed monsters such as the rock monsters, Vulcans, Pyrope, Ice wolf, etc. Though just like the spider clan. They do take in the occasional odd ball.

- Grillby has a Tenacity soul which is a soft Lilac color though it’s usually covered up by a hard magma shell to protect his soul from the internal heat of his own body, The tenacity soul trait is seen as the monster version of determination without actually being determination. A corrupted tenacity soul is Hesitation

- Grillby was equally loyal to both Toriel and Asgore during the war and still is loyal to them both despite the fact toriel had ran off after the events directly after their children’s death and though he knows it’s a false hope. He wishes for toriel to return one day because while he like anyone wants to get out of the underground, He didn’t want to do it at the cost of human children. A few have passed through his bar and he’s never harmed them.

- Grillby raised Fuku from the time she was a tiny infant, She was born not long before the war’s conclusion and her parents were among the fatalities, She only survived because at some point, Her parents had handed her off to a stranger in hopes of protecting her who’d been still holding her when he found her. (He and Fuku are cousins), She was the only other fire aligned elemental he could find and took her under his wing. Though she doesn’t call him dad and he never insisted she did. He told her plenty about her parents, Fuku lives in hotland now though she does still occasionally visit and calls him her ‘uncle grillby’

- He did use a sword when it was required but a lot of the time he relied on his fire alone to battle against humans, Known to scorch entire fields of grasses and forests to cook the humans out and give him the advantage, If you encountered him without at least one water mage by your side then you had little chance of escaping and he famously was known for his complete lack of mercy in the war. It’s not to say he didn’t give it. But he reserved it for monsters and monsters alone.

- He originally enlisted in the war after the death of his wife, She was a sub-variant of fire elementals who could fly and she was one of the first causalities in the war due to a water mage. He turned her dust into a glass heart imbued with his fire magic and he keeps it in his breast pocket when he goes about his daily business. He ranked up really fast in the war due to his strategy, Strength and generosity, Soon commanding whole units in hopes of ending the war. Even if they eventually lost.

- When they were all being backed towards/fleeing towards mount ebott, He helped carry sans (At the time only seven) into the mountain so his fleeing parents (Mother being pregnant with papyrus at the time) had a easier time making it into the mountain.
