Local Elections: Ασταύρωτους Δημοτικούς Συμβούλους και μη Αιρετούς Αντιδημάρχους θέλει .....Ένωση Δημάρχων [Έγγραφο]

Επί του εκλογικού Νομοσχεδίου για την Τοπική Αυτοδιοίκηση, τοποθετήθηκε με Υπόμνημά της, η «Ένωση Δημάρχων Αττικής»!! Εμμένοντας στην άνευ σταυρού εκλογή τέως Δημάρχων ως Δημοτικών Συμβούλων , αναφέρουν ότι αυτή είχε και την έγκριση του Πρωθυπουργού!!.... Αναφέρουν συγκεκριμένα: «Η διάταξη αυτή ... είχε και την έγκριση της πολιτικής ηγεσίας ». Πέραν της δημιουργίας του νέου είδους των ασταύρωτων Δημοτικών Συμβούλων, η «Ένωση Δημάρχων Αττικής» προτείνει και «τη θέσπιση της δυνατότητας ορισμού μέχρι δύο Αντιδημάρχων από τον Δήμαρχο, δημοτών εγνωσμένου κύρους και προσόντων εκτός των μελών του Δημοτικού Συμβουλίου». Έχει ως Πρόεδρο πρώην Δήμαρχο και τα 10 από τους 12 στο Διοικητικό της Συμβούλιο είναι επίσης πρώην Δήμαρχοι . Στο προσχέδιο νόμου για το εκλογικό σύστημα της Τ.Α. υπήρξε διάταξη που αφορούσε στην «άνευ σταυρού» εκλογή ως Δημοτικών Συμβούλων όσων έχουν διατελέσει Δήμαρχοι σε τουλάχιστον δύο (2) θητείες. Το μέτρο αυτό είναι απόλυτα θετικό αφού η προαιρετική για τον υποψήφιο Δήμαρχο δυνατότητα ένταξης πρώην Δημάρχων ή Κοινοταρχών στο ψηφοδέλτιό του προσδίδει κύρος σε αυτό ενώ διαθέτει έμπειρους και αποδεδειγμένα ικανούς συνεργάτες στο έργο του.
