Brianna choked on her drink at his attempt at a joke, a blush rising over her pale cheeks. She bit her tongue, knowing that an argument was useless at this point. "Fine, then I need to go get dressed the way that Juliet would dress." Brianna wiped her mouth one last time, before rising to her feet and excusing herself to her room.

She went with something fancy, but not too fancy. Enough to scream 'my husband spoils me' but not loud enough. It was a beige colored set, with a white turtle neck and her hair down. She decorated her fingers with some rings and her wrist with a bracelet. As she stepped out, the redhead waited for Julian to arrive. "Come on, Romeo! We can't keep them waiting!"

The case was going nowhere. When Brianna was called in the assist, it seemed that the other officers were at a dead end. It was dead end, after dead end. The killer played with them like they were nothing more than toy soldiers. Brianna waited outside the precinct, a coffee in hand. She waited for her partner, the agent who would also be assisting her. Brianna was mature enough to admit when a case needed more than one set of hands, so she made a few phone calls. "You must be Agent Porter." The redhead extended her free hand to the blonde, a pleasing smile followed. "Agent Cohen." // @divinedxsign

Brianna stared at Julian as he slept next to her. His arm was draped over her midsection, her hand gently rubbing small circles on his flesh. It was so peaceful like this, almost like nothing ever happened. She remembered flirting with Lucio, getting a rise out of Julian and them ending up entangled together. The redhead sighed. She wished things were different, she wished she could go back to being his wife and forget everything. But the stinging voice of Tatiana echoed back in her head, her annoying tone made her blood boil.

To know that Julian betrayed Brianna with her, made her heart break all over again. The redhead moved, bringing herself up. Goosebumps covered her warm flesh. This was a mistake. Brianna got up from the bed, with nothing to cover her naked body. She grabbed the outfit she was wearing the night before, and figured she was in desperate need of a shower. Too lazy to move to her own room, Brianna simply walked into Julian's shower.

She knew he would wake up sooner or later, and join her. Everything that happened the night before felt so natural, that Brianna was willing to tone down her indifference...for now.

Brianna suspected that something like this might happen, but she never believed it would. She believed that he didn't care about what he had done, so this sudden confession caught her off guard. The redhead ran a hand over her face. "I don't want you to make it up to me." Brianna exclaimed, barely able to look Julian in the eyes. "You can't." Her trust was completely broken. For a person that never opened up to someone, a person that never believed themselves to find love, the infidelity was like a knife being driven inside her heart. The reasons didn't matter, and she didn't care for them. "You took my trust, and threw it away like it was nothing." The words hurt to say, but they were necessary. "So don't bother trying."

German Castro was easy to get rid of. All Brianna had to do was show some skin, take him up to a room and get the job done. The police ruled it a robbery gone wrong, since Brianna made sure to steal his wallet and a few other belongings. She didn’t need to worry about them finding her, since they were looking for a blonde haired woman named Sherry. Brianna had run into a bit of a roadblock with her second target. One of her targets, James Garcia has not been seen by anyone for the past month. Brianna visited his clubs in disguise, asking discreetly for him. She was given the same answer. He hasn’t been here in over a month. It was going to be a problem, given that the redhead wanted to get this done. Brianna arranged a meeting with Gabriel, since she promised to keep him updated. Speak of the devil. “Mr. Aguilar. I’m sorry for the sudden invitation, but it’s a rather important one.

She made her way down the empty streets of the city, considering since it was way past midnight. Since Brianna was in the city, she was meeting her employer in their regular spot. She had been working for this particular cartel leader for a while now. He payed well, and Brianna never said no to a good paycheck. As she arrived, she couldn't help but smirk. “Mr. Aguilar. Always a pleasure.” The hitwoman greeted. “How are you?” They had worked with each other to be asking such questions. Besides, it wasn’t like the redhead cared either way. She was here for the money and nothing else.

Brianna dashed into the room, causing Rhiannon to jolt. "He proposed!!!" The older Cohen shouted, frantically shoving the ring in her sister's face. Rhiannon jumped up, joining her sister in screaming and yelling from excitement. "Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god!" Rhiannon shouted over and over, hugging her sister tightly.

Raphael whispered, but it fell on deaf ears. Sal merely watched his father run, the last thing he ever saw of him was his back.

Julian didn't answer her question, he simply kept kissing her face. "Happy birthday, mi amor." The man said finally, earning a small laugh from his now fully awake wife. "Hope you're ready, because I've got the whole day planned."

Rhiannon was in her living room in Boston, when she heard a knock at the door. She looked at the time, she was not expecting anyone. Rhiannon cautiously went to the door, and was shocked to see her sister at the other end of it through the peep hole. "Bri! What are you doing here?" Rhiannon asked, eyes falling on the two suitcases her sister had next to her. "He cheated..." The older redhead whispered, Rhiannon gasped. The night was spent with Brianna venting and sobbing, while Rhiannon comforted her. Rhiannon was left with a hatred for Julian, because nobody had made her big sister cry.

Serkan wandered around the city. The eighteen year old was beaten and bruised from yet another street fight. The engine of a motorcycle caught his attention, and his eyes fell on a man. He had seen him before, in the audience of the fight. He was older, maybe late 30's. "Some fight you put up there." The man stated, and Serkan had to fight the urge to tell him to fuck off. "Kid, you can't go anywhere like that." He stepped closer, Serkan stepped back. Frank put his hands up. "I'm not gonna hurt you." He extended a hand. "Promise.

Serkan had Kaya behind him, with her hands wrapped around his midsection. He made sure to drive safer with his girlfriend being behind him. He was taking her to the beach, since it was the perfect weather for a beach date. They arrived there about twenty minutes later. They danced together, they ate, they kissed, they talked. It was nothing short of perfect, so much so that they decided to get into the water. Kaya thought it would be funny to splash water at Serkan, the biker did not find that amusing. He reciprocated the action, and they both ended up soaking wet.

Veronica stared at the man under her for a moment. They just had a rather...steamy and rough session. The vampire placed her hand on his cheek. "You did so good for me..." She kissed his forehead, than his nose and finally his lips. They were soft, slow kisses meant to comfort. "Do you need anything?" The vampire was ready to get him anything he needed. "Water..." Erik spoke in a tone that was barely above a whisper. Veronica could just melt from the puppy dog eyes he was giving her. Veronica gave him one last kiss, before getting him his water and running him a bath.

Brianna stood over the body of her latest target, pleased with her work. As she wanted to turn around, a small voice stopped her. "Dad?" It was a little girl's voice. Brianna felt her heart drop as her eyes fell on a young girl, looking at her with pure horror and sadness. Brianna wasted no time in jumping out the window, leaving the body to be found by the target's associates and his distraught daughter. That was a look that would haunt her for the rest of her life.

“A smart decision.” Brianna commended. The more she looked into it, it would be sound to take it step by step. The redhead finished her meal before wiping her mouth with the napkin. They, or well, he can’t afford rushing into things. Brianna tilted her head to the side, weighing the options in her mind. Staying in her former home for a couple of months (or maybe a year even) wouldn't sound bad, if there wasn’t a big elephant in the room. Brianna didn’t want to see the business fail and be taken over, since she built part of it as well. It was as much a part of Brianna as it was a part of Julian. But the thought of those days, having to look him in the eyes everyday after what happened, it hurt too much. Yet, she was still unsure.

“It’s definitely gonna take more than just a few months. I have a feeling those fuckers are gonna fight back.” Brianna commented. Brianna needed to make a decision, time was of the essence. “I was born ready. But, I will need more information about the brothers and their operation.” Brianna analyzed her targets down to the smallest detail, looking for the patterns that might help lead to their downfall.
