Amanda hadn’t been on the dating scene for a while, she had slightly and slowly moved on from her marriage and divorce to William, he chose another women over her and it hurt but she had accepted it now. She had been speaking to this guy online for the past month and had decided to finally agree to go on a date with him. She had put on a dress and a denim jacket and hoped that would be good enough as she wasn’t really sure what people wore now on dates. She got a taxi to the restaurant they were meeting at and walked in to see him sitting there or to atleast hope it was him. She walked over to him and smiled, “Hi, sorry I’m late, my uber took forever.”
