Lovely 1920s concrete work in Tallinn's Water Treatment Plant on the shore of lake Ülemiste. Built in 1927 by architects Karl Burman (preliminary design) and Erich Jacoby. Damaged in WWII and reconstructed somewhat in 1946. Pictured is one of the original pools with its beautiful mushroom columns.
