Inside:  abandoned mining village ‘Colonna’ (2.425 m asl, the highest iron mine in Europe).  Cogne Valley, Italy. 

The first historical information of the magnetite deposits exploitation dates back to 1432. In 1910, construction began on the mining village of Colonna, which once housed around 400 workers and was a state-of-the-art art facility with a church, cinema, canteen and even one of the first X-ray machines in the infirmary.

Located in Bagan, Malaysia. The tiny library is nestled between the sprawling paddy fields and vibrant fishing village aims to bridge the gap between the two communities and create a hub of education with community engagement. It offers knowledge to farmers’ children, nurturing imagination, while fishermen discover a broader world. Land and sea stories intertwine here, nurturing understanding, respect and unity.

Photography by @fedekufoto "M 5605 is a horizontal property building located in the Villa Urquiza neighborhood with ten functional units, on a small corner lot measuring 8.80 × 12.72 m. It is located in a medium residential fabric, adjacent to the F.F.C.C. Mitre. Multiple contextual relationships are proposed, from incorporating the public space into the interior of its entire ground floor, from a single floor. Like the recognition of its pre-existing boundaries, inferring possible relationships and distances from its expansions.
