He uses he/him pronouns because that's what everyone has always referred to him as and he doesn't care

He doesn't feel like any particular gender, and it takes him a while to learn that some people do and that it's important to them

When he was a kid, he used to misgender the adults around him a lot because he didn't really understand what the difference was and it all seemed totally arbitary and confusing to him

Also, in the Undersea, gender doesn't have any link to biological sex
