leaving college and immediately becoming like 10x happier. like oh so i guess it WAS [redacted] making me miserable. damn that’s crazy
#caroline speaks#it’s weird bc. i loved college and i was good at it#and i think i chose the right college#but like.#my college was just. v Suburban and thus v isolating in a way#it was just very elite and very insular and very removed from the ‘real world’#now i live in a city again and im just like. aaaaah#urban isolation is much more my jam#idk!! i can’t explain it bc like i’m SO grateful for my college experience#and it made me who i am and the education i got was truly stellar#and it was a great place to be for college#but i just. didn’t love it like most people did#and i think it was purely the suburban isolation of it all#sorry im just a city girlie through and through
