send help my anxiety checker is gone and now i can’t send this email because i’m anxious it’s weird or rude or whatever THE ONLY WAY I EVER SEND EMAILS IS WHEN I HAVE AN ANXIETY CHECKER AROUND TO READ OVER AND BE LIKE no that’s literally perfectly normal it’s not weird at all BUT WITHOUT ONE I CAN’T DO IT

maybe my anxiety meds just haven’t kicked in yet..................one can hope
