Work has been insanely busy and I'm not functioning well but I have tomorrow night, Friday night, and half of Saturday to pack up as much of my house as I can because on Sunday my best friend is bringing their friend to help me move the furniture I need to sell to the main floor from upstairs and downstairs, rearrange my study, and they're gonna take back a carload of boxes to put in my apartment for me.
I just... need to get my shit together enough to have things ready for them being here.
It doesn't feel like a lot of time but my friend is so busy all the time and starting a new job on Monday so I'm just relieved and grateful they are still willing to help me and even recruited another person to assist bc I physically can't move furniture.
I don't know why they love me like they do but it's the best thing I have going for me these days.
#i told my realtor theres no possible way to make my house look lived in. id have to literally buy new stuff to fill it.#for the sake of my stress id rather just start moving stuff out. he said that should be fine. EMPTY empty is what can work against you#but if i have even one or two things in each room to make it appear like a house it will be enough#that. that i can do. in most rooms i really do only have 2 mayne 3 tops pieces of furniture#my house is sparse as fuck because i hate being alive and covid was a terrible time to try and buy furniture#so im gonna move most of my stuff out. get pictures taken this month. and then sell the rest of the furniture.#he said the furniture in the photos doesnt need to be in the house for showings which is what i was worried about#he was like nah its your belongings you can do whatever you want#someone else had told me the staging needs to look like the photos and that was giving me actual anxiety attacks bc its hard to sell stuff#so. gonna pack up my stuff so its only furniture over the next week and a half#photos. sell shit. move out. wait for house to sell ¯\_(ツ)_/¯#im tired of having full blown panic attacks over this#personal
