I've been rewatching the Noragami anime and Yukine has honestly been through so much it's low key unfair

first there's all the abuse he suffered through in life

he struggles as a shinki because he's 14 (a baby) and at first Yato isn't always the greatest at dealing with him, so he hits rock bottom and has to go through an ablution where he and Yato both almost die (again)

then he makes a shinki friend and he's BRUTALLY MURDERED

he risks his life for Yato and is literally cut in two but miraculously lives to become a hafuri

his master seemingly abandons him but he has to act like everything's fine

His name gets cracked and he has to slowly regain his memories of his painful life.

Kazuma, his mentor and again his closest thing to having a shinki friend, betrays him

He gets locked in the fucking box, essentially reliving the cause of his death.

He thinks he gets abandoned by his master & father figure, again, right as his curiosity about his past life peaks aka his daddy issues are literally at their worst

He gets manipulated and used by both Father and Nora [I am 100000% for Nora redemption and want her to be adopted by Kofuku and Daikoku but I'm also not like uwu she's innocent and has never done anything wrong]

He learns the truth about his past life

He witnessed his best friend (Hiyori) die in front of him.

Can we please please please let my son have fucking peace???? ;__; also the people who complain about how he acts like I'd love you to you be barely a teenager and deal with all this??? like bro

10. Fukuyama Jun - My 2nd favorite seiyuu voice, especially as Takishima Kei.

9. Suzuki Tatsuhisa - A bishounen. A dork. 100% rockstar. Loves Makoto and Free! more than anyone else lol

8. Kaji Yuuki - The most ikemen seiyuu. Deserves a thousand Best Actor Awards for sacrificing his throat for Eren Yeager. Lastly, he gave life to my son Todoroki Shouto.

7. Suzumura Kenichi - Best Husband for Sakamoto Maaya. I will forever be amazed by his talent as Osomatsu-san’s Iyami. SHEEEEH!!!

6. Suwabe Junichi - Aaaahhh. One of the most beautiful voices humanity ears have ever heard. I will fight anyone who says otherwise.

5. Shimazaki Nobunaga - How can I not? He.gave.life. to my ultimate husband, Nanase Haruka. Even if not for that, this precious angel owns the best smile in the seiyuu industry.

Notable Characters: Black Clover Yuno, Licht Jekylland Todoroki, Handa Sei, Izumi Shinichi, Mutsumi Asuma, Sunakawa Makoto, Awaya Mugi

4. Taniyama Kishou - Surprise, surprise. I scream about Kiiyan all the time (there is not a day in my life when I didn’t say I miss him), but he’s just at #4. I’d say it’s because I think Kiiyan doesn’t thrive as a seiyuu as much as everyone in here (well he has GRANRODEO), but this man’s singing voice is the most beautiful sound to me, and so if all anime series have singing scenes in them, then we only need Kiiyan lol. And lastly, Nakahara Chuuya.

3. Kamiya Hiroshi - It’s like it’s impossible to be a seiyuu fan without loving this ojisan. Look at the list of great characters he plays/has played, then tell me how can you not love Kamiyan??? It’s like it’s because it’s him that characters become great. He’s the one I look up to the most in this industry, even if his silliness makes me want to lose my respect for him at times lol. But still, Kamiya Hiroshi - the king of the seiyuu industry.

2. Hosoya Yoshimasa - My son. My precious baby I’m protecting against the world. I will always be proud of every single thing he does. Oh gosh, I just have a lot of feelings for this man. Anyway, the most interesting thing about Hosoyan is the striking difference between his real-life personality and the characters he plays.

1. Miyano Mamoru - No one can ever take this #1 spot from him. A man who was born to be a seiyuu idol. My favorite seiyuu voice. 2nd favorite singing voice. Can sing, dance, act really well. Has good looks and a very lovable personality. Mamo just radiates happiness, all sorts of positive feelings, to every cell of my being.

1: Are you named after someone?

Nope. I think my parents just liked my name.

2: When was the last time you cried?

I want to say it was the other day when reading about this woman and her husband’s struggle with ALS, but it was actually this evening... Today has been an off day for me, and I am unable to handle printers and my forgetfulness nd being late for class.

3: Do you like your handwriting?

Sometimes I like certain letter combinations, but truth be told, it’s bad.

4: What is your favorite lunch meat?

I don’t know what this means, but it certainly ain’t the same three meals I’ve been eating on rotation for the past few months.

5: Do you have kids?

Are we talking about fictional characters? Because yes. My precious sons, Yukine, Atsushi, Titus, Nagisa, and probably some other precious babies I’m forgetting about since my memory stinks (and I’m a terrible mama). Also, my beloved daughter, Kyouka.

6: If you were another person, would you be friends with you?

No. Probably not. I don’t have the courage to speak to strangers, so we would never talk.

7: Do you use sarcasm?

Yes, I do.

8: Do you still have your tonsils?

I think so.

9: Would you bungee jump?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. No. I’m a coward.

10: What is your favorite kind of cereal?

I don’t really like cereal too much, but there are cereals I like more than others. Uh...cocoa puffs, frosted miniwheats, cinnamon toast crunch, honey nut cheerios (before the cheerio aftertaste kicks in), and honey o’s (I think that’s what they’re called.

11: Do you untie your shoes when you take them off?

I don’t touch my shoelaces unless it’s necessary, and by necessary, I don’t mean when they are untied. I’m okay with that. I mean when they aren’t untied but look kind of loose. That annoys the hell out of me.

12: Do you think you’re a strong person?

No. Can’t say I do. Although I do think I can throw a pretty mean punch (at least for someone of my stature). And I’m pretty good at lifting some weights for a decent distance, but still no.

13: What is your favourite ice cream? Ever, ever?

I’m not the biggest ice cream fan (strange, I know), but I think it’s Milk & Cookies. That is just the perfect blend of goodness.

14: What is the first thing you notice about people?

I think I notice their hair. I don’t really know.

15: What is the least favorite physical thing you like about yourself

Are we talking about appearances because then my legs (I feel like they grow three sizes when I sit down...) or this annoying facial hair thing that is out to destroy my confidence. If we are not necessarily talking about appearances, then my stomach. We have a mutual hatred for each other.

16: What color pants and shoes are you wearing now?

Light blue jeans and these cute purple socks with rainbow flecks and adorable teddy bears on them. No shoes.

17: What are you listening to right now?

The sound of my keys typing. I’m not listening to anything.

18: If you were a crayon, what color would you be?

Uh... Brown. Just plain old brown.  Doesn’t really stand out and doesn’t exactly want to (but actually kind of does)

19: Favorite smell?

I don’t really think of smells unless I’m smelling them, but I guess, I like the smell of barbecues or campfires. It reminds me of when I walked home from school after Jazz Band in the spring months which was pleasant. I have this bear which smells like butterscotch, too, and it’s amazing.

20: Who was the last person you spoke to on the phone?

I’ve skyped my sister, but on the phone phone, I think it was my mom.

21: Favorite sport to watch?

No sport.

Brown

I’ve got glasses and glasses pride.

Chocolate milk. You don’t really eat it, but I’m obsessed with it, so... Oh, and good mac & cheese. The homemade kind.

Well, I like sleeping, so comedies. I actually also do just like a good laugh.

It’s still mamma mia, okay? Don’t judge.

29: Summer or winter?

I really, really love snow, so winter! Although today, it felt like 4 degrees outside and it didn’t even snow. That was uncool.

I love hugs.

I’m scared over Bungou Stray Dogs. I also have to read that Noragami chapter.

32: Who do you miss right now?

Everyone, honestly. I kind of just want to be home. And by kind of, I mean actually.

33: What is on your mouse pad?

I have a laptop and no mouse extension.

34: What is the last TV program you watched?

Episode 2 of Katangatari. This anime has been a trip so far. Right now, I’d definitely recommend. We shall see though at the end.

35: What is the best sound?

I actually hate a lot of sounds, but sounds I like, rain taps are pleasant when the sun’s still out at night they transform into lurking predatory footsteps with my wild imagination. I also love Mamoru Miyano’s voice and talent. I’ve just become obsessed thanks to Bungou Stray Dogs. Second season episode four. mmhm. That is some good stuff. in term’s of voice acting. content wise, I cry.
