ezra has an illness?

in season 3 when spencer visits garrett in jail, he tells her someone they all know well has them all fooled, and then he told her that medical records don't lie, what if he was referring to ezra? if ezra had a medical condition such as split personality disorder or schizophrenia it would explain how he could easily lead a double life, and it would mean he had two very different sides to him? also in this interview - http://tvline.com/2013/08/28/pretty-little-liars-ezra-a-season-4-spoilers-aria/ - it says he has a jekyll and hyde twist, well jekyll and hyde are famous for being one person who has split personality disorder, jekyll is the good side of him, and hyde is his evil side, and we've only seen the nice side of ezra so far. we know we has a nasty side, remember when he was angry at aria for walking out of his apartment so the next day he took it out on the poor guy sitting behind aria in class? also after he finds out about malcolm not being his kid, he takes it out on emily the next day and then quickly apologizes because emily looked stunned. i dont know man my brain hurts.
