Nutella is a probably a staple in most Italian households. Stefano loves it. I usually pass opting for butter and preserves on toasted bread. A friend dropped off some croissants the other day and couldn’t bring myself to waste them. Aaa ha moment! From My Tuscan Kitchen, I surprised Stefano with French Toast for breakfast. I didn’t realize the were filled with Nutella until I sliced them but, made it work. The joys of owning your home in Tuscany. We shopped our local Cooperativa for a garden hose. I took for granted the simplicity of possessing a garden house. Buying a hose is just that, the hose itself minus the brass fittings at both ends. The fittings/attachments that allow the garden hose to actually work are extras, pricey (starting at about 10 euros) and plastic. Bought and paid for, we had a small fortune invested in a garden hose with plastic fittings that required some care when used.
