There's always parts that I've drawn from my own experiences, whether small or big. For YSYGOWM I might have projected my father's illness and in NABT from a past experience from my younger days.

You Said You'd Grow Old With Me This was my first top gun maverick fic that I wrote and posted. The response was overwhelming. I had never gotten that much love, nor tears for a fic before. I'm incredibly proud of it. And it's all thanks to @imjess-themess
