it’s canon Nanami is 26. Why do people try and age him up so much? He’s literally YOUNG.

like I don’t get it?

he looks young, acts young and is young.

i think people tend to take nanami as older based on how he looks because while he doesn't look old, per se, i think that the way he dresses and carries himself makes him seem older. so people run with it, even though he's pretty young. tbh all of the cast is young!

i will say that i think nanami acts well over his age, likely because of sorcery. he's got a lot of responsibilities and he takes them seriously. which isn't to say that young people can't be serious and responsible, but nanami embodies it in a way that feels more resigned. he's jaded and it shows, and i think that ages him personality-wise, especially when we have him next to gojo.

so imo while he is young, he doesn't act particularly young, and that is probably part of why people tend to write him or think of him as older.
