I've been kind of scared to post more Dermis since I got a weird comment on him last time, but I got up the confidence lately to just go ahead and post him today.

Either way, finally here's a semi-full body picture of Dermis. And who's that with him? That's Lucky, a half demon local musician turned waitress who has taken an interest in Dermis. And he's definitely taken an interest in her. So Dermis's brother and honorary daughter work together to set Dermis up on a blind date with Lucky. Does it work? Maybe perhaps.

(No criticisms please. I just got up the courage to post these two.)

Just throwing a couple of my ocs at you. It's been not such a good time, and these two are helping me through it.

Laurel used to be the Imaginary Friend of a guy named Cas, but since Cas is a type of supernatural entity, Laurel became real. He's now trying to navigate this world between this newly solid body, a handful of mental illnesses, and the weirdness of this eldritch town we call Drywell.

Wendy is Cas's 9 or 8 year old (it's complicated) daughter (her creation is also complicated). She's half Liminal Space Entity (on Cas's side) and half werewolf (on her mom Renée's side). She, too, is struggling to navigate Drywell with such issues as her disabilities as well as a few Cults stalking her. Luckily, she has her trusty camera to document everything Slenderverse style.

Another new OC! Meet Prototype Zero.

More lengthy lore below the cut.

She was never actually given a proper name. The teen scientist (O'Malley) who created her found that she was highly defective and stopped running tests on her, basically ceasing development of this project. Prototype Zero, however, took this as abandonment and ran off. She was found by Corporate Inc (the same ones who bought Nova), who promised to take her in. Instead, they disassembled her, studied her pieces, and then left her in a dark basement.

Nova (another of O'Malley's creations), after recovering their memories, remembers seeing her in the basement, one of the memories Corporate Inc had wiped. Seeing this, Genesis (O'Malley's newest creation with help from Dermis) goes to break Prototype Zero out of the facility. Luckily, Prototype Zero learned to pull herself back together, using pieces from work-in-progress cyborgs.

All she wants is to be accepted. And for Corporate Inc to pay. And maybe make some spooky cupcakes in the meanwhile. Simple cyborg goals.

O'Malley, in the meanwhile, is full of guilt at what happened to his two creations. What he let happen. He is so, so sorry.

I feel like I'm getting better at drawing him. Like I know what I want out of his appearance. I'm also getting a bit more confident in posting my boy (boy? He's about 40 years old).

I don't think I have any fresh lore for today. Just the doodle.

A new oc! Meet Genesis.

A creative collaboration between Dermis (the Undead) and O'Malley (the young scientist), Genesis is a sort of a mix between a Frankenstein's Monster and a cyborg. He's the newest member of Dermis's family (Dermis keeps collecting kids). Wide-eyed and curious, he tries to keep a chipper attitude. However, he hides a buried feeling of inadequacy and the question of whether he might one day accidentally turn on his creators, friends, and family. But it should be alright, he says. He hopes...

Been feeling pretty bad today, so I drew my ocs out of spite.

Excuse the lighting, but they are friends. Best friends. Spooky best friends.

Small Fry (aka Friday) and Long/Chicken Tenders (aka Sid).

They are both different kinds of revenants. One was sacrificed as a child due to some weird tradition, and the other was sacrificed in his college years as part of a high school reunion thing and came back wrong.

Small Fry is a shy scene girl who still struggles with religious trauma and ghosts from her past. Sid is a socially awkward art horror fan and makes short films in his spare time.

They are best friends due to Friday's little crochet hat business, as Sid has a tendency to wear crochet hats well into early summer.

Your honour, they are best friends, and are learning how to become a support system for each other.

New oc! This is Nova.

Lengthy plot explanation thing below.

They were created by a young scientist named O'Malley about four years ago for a project uniting magic and science. Later, they were "hired" to a company that we'll just call Corporate Inc. They started out monitoring shipments but were later promoted to a sort of security role, fighting against the mafia members that opposed the company's actions. Years later, the company needs O'Malley back to create more of these cyborgs as Corporate Inc. tries to expand. Little do they know that O'Malley has joined the mafia, and the company plans on decommissioning Nova. In the process of bringing back O'Malley, they fail their mission, and the company decides to go ahead with the deactivation. Insert Genesis (who I've recently introduced), who breaks Nova out of the facility and runs him to O'Malley's lab.

Nova is realizing now that they actually have wants, and the biggest of those wants is that they want to survive.

That new half demon half incubus oc I mentioned a few days ago? Here he is!

Meet Dermis, a kinda grody demon fella from the Underground, trying to make a life for himself in the Above while helping rein in a chaotic Succubus local pop star named Desirée, his honorary niece.

He's involved in some shady business around town, but still he's a good guy, and he cares deeply about his adopted family.

As always, I'm totally open for questions about my ocs. (Please! I wanna talk about them!)

Fun fact: Bugs just started learning pole dancing about a month ago. And because of his demonic dexterity and agility as well as his extensive background in other types of dance, he's already quite good at this. He dances at three different clubs in Drywell.

A little group of witches.

Meet Deja (age 19), her friend Aaron (age 20), and his little sister LaShelle (age 13).

LaShelle is a meek, bookish little witch who is quite skilled despite her age. She recently found out that her brother is a witch too, and he's been hiding this fact from her all his life. When she finds this out, she starts begging him to join her coven (made up of a few witches from around and out of town).

In the meanwhile, Deja's parents had taken away Deja's powers when she was a baby, but somehow, all her life, she still knew she was a witch. Now, she's trying to prove that Aaron is a witch so that he can help her get her powers back. Such a feat, however, is only possible with the help of the most powerful witch in the coven, a half demon named Basil (whom I might introduce at a later time).

My favourite piccrews of Bugs, the insufferable Salesman, vampire, professional nuisance, and dancer. I ought to draw him with gel pen soon, but this is pretty much how he looks, full colour.

He is beloved to me.

He impulsively dyed his hair pink with the help of his friend Constance in an effort to reclaim his life. He's very happy with it.

Bugs is in his feelings right now.

For a trickster, he sure goes through a lot. Relationships, vices, those several months of rent he couldn't pay. Not to mention the affectations, the physical changes that come from him selling his soul... On top of all of this, it's hard to feed vampiricly when all of your time is spent busking and dancing, trying to make money. And then there's the landlord...

All in all, the poor guy has it rough.
