The buzz about new Neopia has me very very hype neopets was my og hyperfixation here is a photo of baby me at the 2004 neopets mall tour with homemade pipe cleaner Aisha ears and my neopets shirt from probably zazzle. In that Limited Too bag I know for a fact is a sheet of petpet stickers and a Kau journal that I used as a personal diary for the large chunk of my preteen years. I still have and cherish the Aisha portrait.

i was so distressed over that post with the figurine i will never be able to find or afford that i had to spend $4 on a different token of love for my husband..... does anyone still play the neopets tcg? is this even a good card mechanically? i bought it to use as a bookmark lol

A new Neopets TCG has been announced, and it's looking like it won't be the same TDG game we new as kids.

These promotional cards are currently available at San Diego Comic Con, and it's looking like they come with a Grundo warehouse code that unlocks an exclusive new avatar.

According to Jellyneo, there's been no announcement that this avatar will become available to the vast majority of Neopets players later on or not. Honestly, I think it would be a huge disservice to the fans to continue to release avatars that can only be accessed by spending a lot of money on a comic con, flights or hotel. (Or buying the code for hundreds from scalpers afterwards.) Neopets has players all around the world and we all deserve an equal chance at every avatar...so I guess we'll see.
