Have you ever set a goal for yourself over and over but continue to find excuses for not taking the necessary action steps? . . Your not alone, I set new goals for myself each month and some take weeks to achieve while others take me years. What I found was most important during this time is my level of commitment. . . Now if I set a goal for myself I write out all the action steps I can take to get there are committing to each step.
