Honestly, there's never a dull moment with Rocky ! Always asking for your affections, basking in your attentions, you name it ! Best bet he's always writing poems to show off to you !!
Rocky strikes me as someone who, when he falls for someone, he falls HARD . So he's pretty much whipped for you man, idk what else to tell 'ya ://
I feel like .. he gets jealous pretty easily . Like have you seen him when it comes to Mitzi and Wick ??
He's not jealous in the sense of wanting you to only pay attention to him and nobody else, but what gets him seething with envy is when you start to cast him aside for someone else . You could unconsciously shush him because he's interrupting a conversation between you and a good friend and the next thing you know he's spiraling deeper and deeper into insecurity ( someone hug him, please . )
But when he gets jealous, he would never take it out on you ! Let's say someone is flirting and smiling at you a bit too brightly -- Rocky would never get mad at you for that, but he'll just stare at that someone .. menacingly ...
And once they're gone he just beams at you and then triples his affections, like he totally hasn't done anything to drive the other person off :DD
ALSO !! Cuddle bug Rocky . Do with that what you will .
Bottom line : Rocky wants to be loved . He wants to feel seen and heard . He wouldn't say it out loud, but he genuinely does appreciate you for being one of the few people that doesn't treat him like something you can easily discard .
He'd never force you to show physical affection for him in public, but let me just tell you that he'll turn into a blushing, soppy mess on the floor if you ever so much as lock pinkies with him in a crowded place <33

"morning." he greets you with a small grin on his face, his big gray and brown eyes staring into your own sleepy ones as you yawned and lazily waved him hello. he waved back at you and watched as you sat down on the table he was at, across from him. you folded your arms on the table and groaned.
"can't believe it's a monday..." you muttered as peter chuckled, folding his arms on the table as he continued gazing at you in this position. "yeah, well... at least i get to see you." he said with a blush that extended up to the tips of his ears.
you chuckled back and extended your hand on the table. "i guess that's the only good side to it." you said as peter extended his own hand towards you on the table. he placed his hand on top of yours at first, but then you took the initiative to interlock your fingers with his own. now you two were holding hands, with your arms folded on the table, being the first people at school.
peter grinned wider as his blush deepened. "...i love being early just for this." he confessed in a whisper. you smiled back with a slight blush on your own face. "yeah, so do i."
Tumblr media
you two soon had to line up for the assembly, and unfortunately, you and peter were in separate classes this year. at least you and peter had admitted your feelings to each other over the summer, it made it much more convenient to hang out and spend the whole day with each other.
as the flood of students walked down the halls and to the assembly site, you and peter walked hand in hand with each other, with peter slightly gripping your hand a little tightly, so as not to lose sight of you. you smiled at how protective he can be sometimes.
you leaned closer to him as more students flocked around you two; gossiping, giggling, talking, shouting, doing homework by each other's lockers, going on their phones and all--the world around you two was oblivious to the romance you two had. and that was just how you both liked it, fading into the crowd and being allowed to love each other without any stares or pointing or sneers.
peter shuddered a little as he felt your head against his shoulder as you leaned against him. he looked down at you and sighed in contentment. "we are definitely gonna get busted for pda one of these days." he muttered. "what does pda mean again? oh, right, peter does my assignments for me." you teased him, and he his face flushed all over again.
"hey, i do not... well, for math, maybe. and your science homework, when you're really stumped. and..." he trailed off as he mentally went back on the subjects you asked him to help you with, but he ended up doing because he was so invested in it. you nudged him playfully and gave him a smirk. "such is the perk of dating this high school's biggest nerd." you said with a snicker and peter grinned and blushed deeper.
"okay, okay, fine... maybe i do end up doing your homework on more than one occasion." he said as you stopped walking when you ended up at your line. "guess this is my stop." you said as you tried to let go of his hand, but he didn't let go of yours yet. he ran his thumb over your knuckles. and in a flash, he kissed your hand, let go of it gently, and in one breath, told you, "haveagreatdaymylove," and ran off in a bashful bout.
oh how you loved him.
a/n: again, sorry this is so short, BUT I WANTED TO END IT HERE IT WAS JUST SO CUTEEEEE i wanted to add more, but i felt like this was a good way to end it ! if you guys want more, don't hesitate to ask :DD it might be slow in coming though so i'm sorry TT nevertheless, i hope y'all enjoyed it !!!

11. favourite native writer/poet? and 16. which stereotype about your country you hate the most and which one you somewhat agree with?
11. favourite native writer/poet?
How pathetic would it be for me to admit that I don't really have one? Ever since middle school, I've read books almost exclusively in English.
There's the German classics, of course, but having them forced down your throat in school isn't exactly conductive to enjoying them; I haven't read a lot of Goethe's works, but I can say that I have always deeply adored his Erlkönig poem, if nothing else. It's a beautiful piece.
But yeah... I guess I'm too influenced by British and American media to have any strong opinions on German writers. I might want to fix that.
16. which stereotype about your country you hate the most and which one you somewhat agree with?
Ahh, this question... It was inevitable to talk about this, I suppose. There are two stereotypes about Germany that I detest greatly; let's get the ugly one out of the way first and save the funnier one for later, shall we?
There's no easy way to say this - a lot of people around the world assume that Germany is still crawling with nazis. What this country has done in the past was a horrible atrocity, of course. I'm not looking to excuse that or make light of it. Quite the opposite, in fact. It was a crime against humanity, and I hope that it will never be forgotten.
But growing up in Germany puts you in an awkward position - you carry the heavy guilt for a horrible crime that you didn't commit, but that someone ought to atone for. We live with the reality of that past every day, and there are constant reminders of it built into our everyday lives.
And I wasn't alive for it, my parents weren't alive for it, my grandparents were still toddlers when it ended - but I carry the guilt nevertheless, and people all around the world still judge me like I'm the one with the bloody hands.
Germany is still the "bad guy" in a lot of popular media - look no further than Hollywood. How many movies do they pump out every year in which the enemies are evil German nazis, even if the movie is set in modern times? It's a very normalised concept. People don't even think to question it. But it stings a little every single time.
What Germany has done in the past was horrendous, but these days, this country is a very different place from what it was 70 years ago.
I just wish that more people would give us the chance to prove that.
And I know that was heavy, probably much heavier than you were expecting, Anon - but I wanted to be honest about this topic. This is far from as elaborate as my thoughts on the matter go, but I'm not here to write an essay about this stuff. Let's get back to your question.
I promised you a funnier stereotype I dislike, so here it is: Lederhosen, Dirndl and Oktoberfest.
This stereotype has become so popular because a lot of American troops were stationed in Bavaria after the war, saw the local culture and assumed that all of Germany must just be Like That. But that's just Bavaria, self-proclaimed "free state" and probably closer to Austria and Switzerland in culture than it is to the rest of Germany.
I've never worn a Dirndl in my life, and I don't plan on going to an Oktoberfest ever. No thanks. (And I'm probably not the only Northener you'll hear grumbling something very similar whenever the Bavarian stereotype comes up. 😂)
Germany used to consist of countless tiny (and seperate!) kingdoms, so even though it is relatively small geographically, the culture and traditions vary wildly from area to area.
Bavarian culture isn't German. It's just Bavarian. Saying that every German wears Lederhosen and drinks 5 litres of beer every day (an exaggeration even by Bavarian standards, I assure you ;DD) would be like saying that every American unironically wears cowboy hats and runs around shouting "Howdy!" at people.
I guess the South just does their own thing. That's something our countries have in common, at least. ;D
Now for a stereotype that's true... Honestly, there's a ton. 😂 We have a pretty shitty sense of humour, for one, and tend to be a little uptight (case in point, the way I answered this Ask dhgjdgd). People call us cold, and we're definitely distant and polite (the reserved kind of politeness) compared to some of the more openly friendly nationalities.
But that's just because we don't trust very easily - once you get past our walls, you tend to have a friend for life. It's worth the effort, I think. ;)
Sorry if this whole thing was a lot longer and heavier than you were expecting, Anon. Thanks for asking anyway! <3 I appreciate you!
