Witajcie! Tak, tak, to ja. Żyję. Zaginęłam w niewyjaśnionych okolicznościach trzy miesiące temu i tyle mnie widzieliście... Przykro mi, że tak zniknęłam bez słowa, ale chyba nie będę przepraszać, bo to niezupełnie była moja wina. Chciałabym wrócić. Tutaj, do pisania u siebie i czytania u innych. Brakuje mi tej kotwicy. I brakuje mi Was. Dużo się u mnie wydarzyło i jeszcze więcej przede mną, więc myślę, że porządkowanie swoich myśli dobrze mi zrobi.

Ale wszystko po kolei.

Zacznijmy od mojego zniknięcia. Było to tuż przed maturą, więc zrozumiałe, że nie miałam zbyt dużo czasu na prowadzenie bloga. Maturę napisałam i zaległam w domu na 5 tygodni, podczas których żyłam w ciągu 3 dni migreny, 1 dzień przerwy, 3 dni migreny i tak dalej... Myślę, że stres tak długo ze mnie schodził. Kiedy już myślałam, że będę mogła znowu funkcjonowała jak normalny człowiek, okazało się, że mój stan psychiczny znacząco się pogorszył. Depresja towarzyszy mi nieustannie od jakichś 5 lat, w większym lub mniejszym natężeniu, ale 2 lata temu po 3 latach terapii i leków, które nie przynosiły efektu lub rozwiązywały problem na krótko, postanowiłam zaakceptować to jako część mojego życia. Powiedzmy, że nauczyłam się ży�� z myślą, że nie chce mi się żyć. Przez większośc czasu jest źle, czasami jest średnio, zdarza się, że nawet znośnie, ale mimo wszystko zaraz po "źle" prym wiodą okresy, gdy jest tragicznie. I taki właśnie stan zawitał do mnie pod koniec czerwca, czyli wraz z końcem chronicznej migreny. Ataki zwykłej pojawiają się u mnie nadal, ale zdecydowanie rzadziej. (W ciągu ostatnich 9 tygodni miałam ich 7, trwających średnio 2-3 dni. Nie jest dobrze, ale źle też nie). Wrócił za to zwyczajny, acz dokuczliwy, chroniczny ból głowy, przez który znowu zaczęłam łykać ibuprofen codziennie i na potęgę. Winię stres i zły nastrój. Zdziwiłam sama siebie, gdy podczas rutynowej wizyty u psychiatry, do której do tej pory nie chciałam niczego poza receptami na Medikinet, napomknęłam, że psychicznie czuję się jeszcze gorzej niż zwykle. Byłam na etapie rozważania, czy nie lepiej od razu rzucić studiów, na której dopiero się dostałam (niespodzianka!) (o tym później), bo przecież i tak wylecę po miesiącu. Nie poradzę sobie. I po nitce do kłębka, gdy tak brnęłam w ten wywiad medyczny, okazało się, że mam OCD, nazywane również "nerwicą natręctw". I to nie od dziś, o, nie, nie... Okazało się, że z nieleczonym OCD żyłam sobie w błogiej nieświadomości przez... 11 lat. Jedenaście. Lat. Przy okazji wyjaśniła się także tajemnica mojego zespołu lęku uogólnionego — mój mózg czerpał schizy na potęgę z niewyczerpalnego źródełka paranoi, jakim są zaburzenia obsesyjno-kompulsywne. Dostałam leki. Wcześniej wzbraniałam się przed braniem jakichkolwiek psychotropów, ale teraz myślę, że to była kwestia tego, że nikt się mnie nie pytał, czy chcę. Po prostu miałam zawrzeć jadaczkę, łykać prochy i nie dyskutować, więc się buntowałam. A w momencie, gdy jestem pełnoletnia i jest to w 100% moja decyzja, to sprawy wyglądają trochę inaczej. W każdym razie jest lepiej. W ciągu ostatnich trzech tygodni wyszłam z domu 10 razy i aktualnie jestem na wyjeździe (Nicholasa oczywiście wzięłam ze sobą) — jak na mnie, niesamowity wynik. Dla porównania, między 21 maja, a 10 sierpnia (82 dni, czyli niecałe 12 tygodni), z domu wyszłam 5 razy. Jest różnica.

Następny temat: matura. I wyniki.

Wynik z rozszerzonego polskiego wyższy o 21 punktów procentowych niż na podstawie bawi mnie bardziej niż powinien xD. Ale szczerze mówiąc, jestem z siebie mega dumna. Napisałam wypracowanie na 3,5 tysiącach słów, i popełniłam tylko 6 błędów językowych, za co odjęto mi 2 punkty. Za całą resztę miałam maxa. Martwiłam się tylko czy przypuszczenia, że Lewis Carroll brał LSD będą wystarczające, żeby uznać je za kontekst biograficzny dla "Alicji w Krainie Czarów" (temat: kreacja przestrzeni w utworach literackich). Tutaj naprawdę byłam zdana na "widzimisię" egzaminatora, ale miałam szczęście.

Potem aplikowałam na studia, na 8 uniwersytetów (Szczeciński, Białostocki, Łódzki, Warszawski, im. A. Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, Wrocławski, Zielonogórski, Śląski), z czego na dwóch na 2 kierunki. Wydałam krocie na opłaty rekrutacyjne ("krocie" to dokładnie 850 zł 💀. Myślałam, że rodzice mnie zamordują). Strasznie się bałam, że nigdzie się nie dostanę, chociaż wyniki miałam przecież dobre, nawet bardzo. Dostałam się wszędzie. Papiery złożyłam na Zielonogórski, przez co rodzice jeszcze bardziej się na mnie wściekli, bo oczekiwali, że wybiorę jednak "naJLepSzĄ uCzeLniĘ W pOLscE". Nope. Nie jestem fanką wyścigu szczurów. Może i Zielona Góra to trochę zadupie, ale nigdy nie lubiłam wielkich miast, szczególnie że mieszkam w takim od urodzenia (w cichszej dzielnicy, ale jednak). Znalazłam sobie stancję 350 metrów od campusu. 1800 zł za pokój dwuosobowy, w którym będę mieszkać sama, więc miejsca mam bardzo dużo. W mieszkaniu są jeszcze 2 inne dziewczyny, też studentki pierwszego roku. Można z kotem. Jak dla mnie bomba. Wyprowadzam się 22 września, za niecałe trzy tygodnie. Nie wiem czy bardziej się cieszę, czy boję.

O, i obcięłam włosy. Jeszcze w czerwcu, więc zdążyły prawie całkiem odrosnąć, w końcu minęły 3 miesiące. Zamierzam je jeszcze przyciąć przed wyjazdem.

A tak z innej beczki, zauważyłam, że starvinpoet i driftinggg zniknęli. Tak zupełnie. Wie ktoś może co się z nimi stało? Spadli z rowerka czy sami się usunęli? Mają jakieś nowe konta? Przykro się robi, kiedy się wraca i dowiaduje, że niektórych ludzi już tu nie ma.

Cały ten wpis powstaje na fali 70 mg metylofenidatu, który łyknęłam na pusty żołądek i zapiłam kawą. Czułam się do dupy i miałam nadzieję, że to pomoże. Pomogło. Normalnie dobowo biorę w dwóch dawkach 30+20, więc drugą dawkę już sobie odpuszczę, bo 2mg/kg masy ciała kiedy bezpieczna dawka wynosi max 1mg/kg nie byłoby zbyt mądrym posunięciem. I tak już przekroczyłam. Trudno. Toksyczna to dopiero 4mg/kg. W każdym razie mam nadzieję, że nie będę miała jakiegoś mocnego zjazdu. Wyczerpie mi się jakoś między 17 a 18, więc teoretycznie jeszcze nie byłoby za późno na 20 mg, ale raczej wolę nie ryzykować. Mam nadzieję że będzie w miarę okej. Chciałabym jeszcze wieczorem coś napisać. I jutro też. Brakuje mi tego.

PS. Mogę prosić o jakieś uniwersalne rady od bardziej ode mnie doświadczonych studentów? Oprócz "uczyć się regularnie". To już wiem. Chyba że "JAK uczyć się regularnie". Tego nie wiem.
