Alastor: WHAT DO YOU MEAN I’LL BE AWAKE DURING THE SURGERY?!

Lucifer: Al please don’t shout! Lots of people have c-sections while awake. There’s nothing wrong with that!

Alastor: So I’m going to watch as they disembowel me?!

Lucifer: No! You won’t see it. There will be a tarp up! Please calm down. They need to give you the medicine to completely numb you.

Alastor: EITHER KNOCK ME OUT OR I WON’T GO THROUGH WITH IT!

Lucifer: Okay! Okay! *turns to Bel* Can we do that?

Belphegor: It’s possible but most prefer to stay awake. Ya know to see the babies right as they are born.

Alastor: I won’t be able to enjoy the memory when I see my organs in a table!

Belphegor: We won’t let you see that. And it’s safer if you’re awake.

Lucifer: Alastor I’ll be with you the entire time. Just like you were for me. Please cooperate.

Alastor: *uneasy* Fine…but if I start feeling pain you’ll never hear the end of it…

Lucifer: Fair enough *kisses Alastor’s forehead* Now come on…lets get you prepped…

During the c-section…

Belphegor: Congratulations Lucifer, you have two healthy sons!

Lucifer: *looks at them* oh my gosh! My boys!

Alastor: *still on operating table* Let me see them…

Lucifer: *holding them* Look at what you created Al…two beautiful baby boys.
