@airindia_official I am not sure what to think of you... Terminal 2 in Mumbai is #gorgeous, staff is regular courteous, but your delay is #cray! It was originally departing at 2105... got a notification around 4/5pm ish saying it is delayed to 2200... when I was checking my bag the staff told me it is now 2300... seriously? The delay is more than my journey! Oh speaking of dropping my bag... there is #noBagDropLane? Which era are you from?
