Understandable I was scared of Noli for like one round but his theme goes so hard it was null(and void)ifed that and I think I improved at dodging

And YES the Pizza place was in ruins and I dbfhibikefjdnfi AHHHHHHHH! Pain!

And the new voice lines (bluudud's so happy to see his mom I'm ill), and Mafioso's rework (no more projectile bunnies 😔) the Diva and Ghoul skins are cool and their lore is scary and their themes go hard

The Umbra skin for Noli is so cool. It almost has me tempted to switch mains for the funny

And I'm yapping but you get my point (I think) it's all so exciting! Which is ironic coming from me cause I haven't played since the update

IT DOES GO HARD but the problem is i genuinely space out during killer intros (i can’t help it? It just starts and im immediately spaced out before coming back as it ends) so i’m always blind to who the killer is most times,,, which leads to fun moments of doing a fake generator and not realizing it’s fake bc i spaced out and didn’t realize noli was up. Always the theme is a JAM. I bought him, haven’t played as him yet,,,

I’M SO DISTRESSED OVER MAFIOSO LOOSING HIS BUNNIES. he still has them in my heart, they just all got scared of being thrown so he doesn’t throw them anymore, they mostly chill at the cabin and he always has a few on him for moral support. Also idk if it was just me but i was caught off guard by mafiosos new voice,,, i didn’t like it at first but now i really like it i think it fits him.

tha pizza place made me so unwell i had to make an elliot angst post about it but i haven’t dipped into the angst on coolkidds side. because I imagine Spectre, instead of sending him to the cabin, sent him to the pizza place map. He thought he was home, he waited there for a few hours, waiting for his dad to come pick him up,,, but then he realized he wasn’t coming… so maybe in some anger, or maybe a desperate attempt, he started destroying it. Maybe— maybe if he caused enough havoc, his dad would come? He’d come, and apologize for work keeping him so late, he’d apologize to the pizza place workers, who weren’t there. But he never came, he destroyed the place… and his dad never came.

^ Also about the pizza place map did you see the faceless bacon. I went on to a private server to do some exploring late at night and saw the faceless bacon and got so so creeped out i quit sudnjxjchc (it doesn’t help that i was completely alone so thats probably what freaked me out the most)

ALSO DO BE FUNNY BECAUSE WHYYY NOOTY? also i don’t mind the yappage :D i find it quite enjoyable /silly and i get to yap back

when I first watched utena I noted how peculiar it was that people depicted in their coffins were always curled up in a fetal position instead of the typical coffin position of lying on their back with their hands crossed over. it just hit me now that it probably has to do with the egg speech given at the start of the student council sequences. the one inside the coffin shows the chick that died without breaking the shell, or being born. the coffin shows the safety of eternity at the cost of never growing or changing. the coffin is the egg that doesn't crack. the juxtaposition of the egg (new life and potential) and the coffin (death and stasis). the ending of Utena is open-ended, as Anthy has emerged from her coffin and has cracked the shell of the egg/her world, and now she's creating a life of her own. the coffin seems eternal but it can be escaped, that's why they aren't posed as if already dead. oh my god

the way that Okazaki spends like nearly fifteen minutes gloating about her murders covered in blood with a soundtrack to boot and absolutely relishes how miserable she makes the others yet the Moment Watari says she hates her Okazaki goes "you hate me ? no, no, that can't be right, because if I die, you get to live, right ? Right ?" isn't it so awesome. isn't it so awesome how Okazaki only stumbles when it comes to Watari. isn't it awesome how Okazaki seems slightly distressed at the idea Watari hates her. isn't it awesome. it's not necessarily that Damon's egotistical attitude and coldness is a facade to hide massive insecurities, he does genuinely believe himself to be more "talented" and worthy of being chosen by the UTP than most of his classmates and was really confused at why everyone was mad at him for saying that. it's just that those qualities do exist in tandem with his "weakness" to Diana's kindness and his friendship with Eva and his giftgiving at the start of every free time event. Project: Eden's Garden is about Damon learning that 1) his worldview is wrong, and 2) he does have the ability to be genuinely kind and trusting, and 3) him being very, very mad about both of those things

I think about Tozu and Mara's bond a lot because it happens entirely offscreen but it's really fun to imagine that they're close. they played darts to decide the blackmail the students got. the Marabucks are literally named after her. I hope to god one day they interact and Tozu loses his mind over an ancient inside joke and this happens over like, somebody's corpse so all the students are watching this both disgusted at their lack of tact and also kinda horrified

do you think that, during her execution, when the Cara dummy's hand was extended to Eva, she saw Cara as Diana. like how Wolfgang saw Diana as his mother. do you think that she saw "Diana", the girl she framed, the girl who had only ever been kind to her, the girl who Eva pushed away as hard as she could, extend her hand out to her. and thought that Diana had given her a second chance despite everything .

is it ever confirmed directly that Eva and Diana bunked in Diana's room ? I wonder if Eva and Diana ever shared their bed or if one of them took the sofa. I wonder if Diana offered her bed for Eva. I wonder if Diana will wake up and turn over expecting to see Eva only to be reminded of the empty space and the cold sheet. I wonder if Diana still sleeps on the sofa rather than her bed even after Eva's death, because taking the bed after offering it to Eva feels disrespectful, somehow. like she's intruding

I really do enjoy the theory that Mark knew Damon. especially the variant where they used to be friends but eventually separated and that's why Damon doesn't recognise him back. this is both because it adds an interesting wrinkle to their dynamic and also because I love the idea of Mark having the world's most Pained inner monologue every time he talks with him. Damon offhandedly says "y'know, the only other Mark I knew was this guy I was friends with as a kid. I haven't talked to him in years. wonder how he's doing" and Mark starts killing him with his mind

isn’t it crauzy that despite how Hasegawa hated loathed despised Okazaki above everything his murder plan is so so so similar to hers people in the comment section were joking that Okazaki somehow came back to life .

one of the many fucked up parts of drdt's two executions so far is that, in a very manipulative way, it blames the person being executed for even dying in one. they require active participation to go forward, and it sets up false win conditions in order to provoke their desparation to live until they physically can't. "win conditions" as in, Min is greeted with a set of questions that play on her fear of failure, and every time she gets a question right she doesn't get horrifically injured. "win conditions" as in Ace is greeted with various ways of dying that play upon his thanatophobia, that can just barely be evaded. and they're "false", in that they do not actually guarantee escape or success, but are purposefully and gradually more unsurvivable, leaving just enough doubt for the blackened to die in regret

do you think that, for a split second before being sent to the wolves, Min regretted her own illegible handwriting and wished she practiced more on her non-dominant hand. do you think that, in the beat before his heart stopped, Ace thought he would live if he just moved past the executioners and hung on, just a little longer

of course, they're executions. the blackened are supposed to die by the end of it. but it's easy to forget that fact if you're given the tools to avoid it just a bit longer, only to be mocked for using them anyways. the primary purpose is payment for your crimes. the secondary purpose is to make you think "maybe if I'd done better, I would've lived. maybe they'd give me a second chance if I didn't fuck it up myself"

my not-so serious theory on what's up with Whit is that he's not the traitor, nor the mastermind, nor is he timelooping, but he just does not have the same amnesia as everyone else. however at this point it's too late to bring this up without it seeming Extremely suspicious because no one else seems to share his same predicament. so he just keeps it to himself until he finds a good way to share it. bearer of the curse and all that. this explains exactly three things and nothing else
