stone sword mentality final vs wip

as can be seen in the wip it was originally gonna be drasticduo instead of starfox but the posing was way too reverent compared to how i perceived their dynamic to be so i decided to change it to starfox because... well *gestures at whatever tf they had going on in s4*

#mine.art #lssmp #starfox #vitalasy #princezam #also some fun facts:#i made vi look like hes caressing the sword but hes actually reaching out for dead!zam's hand #normally i use the symmetry tool in the draft and just try my best to follow it later #but i really wanted zam and dead!zam's torso to be symmetrical #the flames are subz's color #i considered putting subz instead of vi but i decided against it cause they have a different dynamic compared to what i wanted for the pose #basically i would have made zam look more desperate rather than somber while subz would have been more somber instead of desperate #vi putting his hand over zams eye isnt just symbolism for the fact he tried to hide things from him #its also cause having someone put their hand on your head while reaching out for something else feels irritating and invasive lol #vi almost completely enclosing zam wasnt on purpose but i think it fits lol
