An easy way I trade in STRESS for BLISS is by reading an inspiring new book or topic I’m interested in... . . ✨ After doing a multi video training from Napoleon Hill... on Amazon Prime last week... . . I’m shifting gears & immersing myself in this parenting book by Dr Mate I’ve really enjoyed hearing lecture in the past... . . It discusses a phenomenon called peer orientation, which has been going on for such a long time... it’s also incredibly relevant to adults . . ✨ My son is enjoying all of these Bedtime Tale books by Arthur Scott Bailey, and I’m loving the higher level vocabulary sprinkled throughout you just don’t find in children’s readers anymore . . ✨ My daughter is enjoying the McGuffy Ecclectic readers & the humanitarian touched in this as a 9 life path number... . .
