Quick question, are there clothes dryer machines that use an open flame heating element? Should I be seeing flames behind a little square access door???

#I feel like that wouldn’t be a thing bc fire hazard #but bae and rando neighbor aren’t sure #not the dryer on our floor so bae and I aren’t familiar w it???#bae says there’s a gas line to the dryer #but I’m having serious trouble believing someone would design a dryer like that #hopefully person using dryer comes back real soon #anxiety is going nuts of course #hate non-contained fires #hate loud fire alarms #mood swing went south hella quick #eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehhhh #🙃🙃🙃
