it took a lot of keeping an eye out over months of thrift shopping but I finally found two pieces that work together perfectly as a small brazier-- the kind a wizard might have specifically for casting Find Familiar, for example 😌

#THE WIZARD ZONE #now I wanna put charcoal and some breathing/ flickering fire LEDs in there :3 #we'll see if that looks good... I've looked up Fake Burning Coals diys so like I can do that if I MUST I just don't... wanna lol #now that the brazier's complete I really ought to put actual thought into this zone instead of just 'plunk mel/ wizardish stuff on it'#probably rehome the skyrim arcane enchanter for one thing...#maybe design a Find Familiar summoning circle and burn THAT into a wood table topper here #I do also actually have a bunch of loose incense because Of Course I do lol so maybe that can live over here somewhere as well?#HM. much to think about.#in the meantime the real challenge is figuring out what to do with the glass bowl that came with the stand #now that I've finally found the metal one I needed lol #about me #my ocs #melliwyk #baxter
